This unique home has 2 separate fenced outdoor spaces including a large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. The upstairs is dedicated to the 4th bedroom and is split into 2 separate rooms with a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The home is located only 1 mile from Indian Rocks 5th Street Beach Access Point, which is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL white sand beaches on the west coast of Florida.
