Pelican Pointe 311:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Unit #311 is located on the third floor, situated at the far end. It features a shared balcony that overlooks the pool and provides personal seating for two.

Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our standard unit is a people watchers paradise and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a captivating view of the pool and all the exciting activity happening there. The room itself features a queen side bed, providing a cozy sleeping arrangement. With 365 square feet of living space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, there is a shared area with seating available for two, where you can enjoy the surroundings. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!
