Pelican Pointe 220:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #220 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates by featuring a window that allows ample natural light to fill the space and offers a street view.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a queen size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Nice little place

Great location to walk to beach, food and shops. Added bonus of laundry onsite. Pool was warm. Small kitchenette area with toaster, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for a beach vacation at Spring Break. This was a clean and safe hotel with night security and a short walk to the beach. Pool was clean with plenty of towels and lounge chairs. The staff apologized for the noise from construction behind the hotel but we didn't even notice it because construction stopped at night. I highly recommend this condo for your perfect beach vacation!

It was a nice place to stay, convenient location outdated but clean. Could use a current in the room

Definitely a great location! Property is outdated but very clean. One suggestion would be for black out curtain, my room was right near a light outside so my room was really bright when trying to sleep. Very impressed with cleaning staff. My new towels would be at my door and trash taken care of right away. Over all great location and would recommend to others.

Quick 4 day weekend.

The stay was great. Only issue I had was getting locked out of our room. We had to switch to a new room because of the issue with the lock but other than that it was a nice stay.
