Walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and clothing stores. Short drive to the beaches, Publix grocery store or downtown St Pete. Full size washer dryer, 2 full bathrooms and nice city park to walk to as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our adventure.

Lovely bungalow!
Location, location, location! Quaint bungalow with everything we needed. We would definitely rent this home again.
Walked around Crescent Lake park several days, very convenient. 4th St Shrimp terrific. Very good location and comfortable. Loved front porch for reading. Lots of birdsong.
We enjoyed our time at St. Pete's. The location is in a very convenient location. The house was clean had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to Crescent Lake park and restaurants. Once we got the hang of how the streets worked, we found it easy to get to downtown and the beaches. Ft. DeSoto Beach was the best. I found the other beaches too crowded to my liking and it was just as easy to go to Ft. DeSoto Beach.

Perfect spot to relax.
This being my third time in six months to stay in this property speaks for itself. Our favorite spot is the screened-in porch. Many hours have been spent enjoying the warmth and awesome breezes both day and night.
As in past reviews; we appreciate the location as we can walk to Crescent Lake, Panera Bread, Dunkin Donuts, Black Crow Coffee Shop and so many more places.
The home is well appointed and allows us to cook our meals each day.

So Great - Don't Hesitate
Great house, amazing location - you will be centrally located to everything you need, but off the main roads, in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The owners have carefully stocked the home with everything you need. Everything is in like-new condition. The management company was responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with. I loved my stay in Historic Uptown. St. Pete as a whole is just lovely. Get here soon!

Excellent Stay! Suited our needs perfectly.
This vacation rental offers more than many places. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and the big eat-in kitchen.
Once again Michael was a pleasure to work with and we found him most helpful.
We appreciated the privacy this house affords.

Spacious, bright and clean.
A friend and I enjoyed visiting and relaxing in this well appointed home. The screened porch was a favorite spot to journal, chat or think.
* Off street parking made the stay easier. It was nice having a washer and dryer available.
* Great proximity to one of our favorite walking areas; Crescent Lake Park as well as being conveniently located near Dunkin Donuts, Black Crow coffee shop and Panera Bread.
* We had quick responses from our Evolve contact person, Michael, who was available when we needed help.
* There were more chairs and comfortable sitting areas than most vacation rentals that I've used.
* Nice deck and fenced back yard with picnic table.
* We cooked supper every night at the house and found the kitchen to have most everything one would need to prepare meals including plenty of dish towels.
