Primary bedroom offers a large suite with a king bed, twin daybed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private ensuite bathroom with sliding glass door shower, and private balcony access. Second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk bed. Hall bathroom features a sliding glass door shower. The living room offers a plush leather sectional with recliners, smart TV, and sliding glass door access to the balcony. Excellent
Very clean, beds were a little uncomfortable and the sectional was a little old and could use some newer furniture. Outside of that, the condo was very clean and bathrooms were updated. Would definitely recommend for the price and location.

Great location and beautiful beach!
Had a nice stay at Beach Cottages-1404. Unit was nice - had modern new flooring throughout and completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Had 3 large TVs and beds were very comfortable!! Some of the furniture was dated - especially the deck furniture but it was functional.
Beach is absolutely beautiful. Did not use the pool but it looked nice and was heated,
Only complaint which is beyond anyone’s control is the smell and noise from bird sanctuary next door. Our balcony over looked it and at times the smell was so strong we had to move inside. We did go out and buy air fresheners and candles to try to mask the smell but they did not really help.
If I was going to return to Beach Cottages I would get a unit on the other side of the building or facing the beach to avoid the noise & smell from the birds.
