We have been blessed to have a great occupancy rate, and after a rough year in 2020, we decided to provide a beach lounger set, which includes two cushioned loungers and umbrella service! This will save you $40 per day, or $200 per week!

We try to go above and beyond what others offer, and operate ethically, honestly and with integrity. Our reviews are a testament to the way we operate.

This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather.

Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Minutes from John's Pass, one of the most popular destinations with seafood restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner and kayak rentals and an old-fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops. The Gulf of Mexico is right at your feet with miles of open beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and beach shops.

July Family Vacation

Very clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to have all of the household items upon check in including hand soap, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies and beach towels/chairs. Enjoyed the firework display put on by a large family in front of the condo.

Perfect place for a beach stay!

Great property for a family beach stay. - stocked kitchen - shaded patio after a day in the sun - full size washer and dryer - beach lounger included (great home base) - walkable restaurants - no need for a rental car if you’re in for a short stay Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent Condo and Location

Owners provided anything and everything you could need to have a stress free vacation. Beautifully decorated and maintained, directly on the beach with a pool that was always clean. Hope to return again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent Hospitality

This condo had it all-kitchen had everything you need (except your food) including spices and coffee filters; beach chairs, toys, and towels were all there! Beds were comfortable and pool was warm and clean. The location was perfect to walk to everything you need! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful-Gulf Side!

This was our first stay at "Our Happy Place". The owners communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in during our stay. They clearly care about the renter's experience. We were surprised how spacious the condo was. We would definitely recommend staying here, the condo is well kept, clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach; the kitchen is well supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beach is beautiful, and just a short walk from the condo. We loved our view from the balcony. The king bed was comfy and we slept well. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Great location, great host, clean condo close to restaurants and sight seeing activities and soclose to the beautiful beach! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!and checked in during our stay.

The condo was beautiful, new furniture and appliances, this condo had everything we needed! Went to a local grocer and stocked up on food and our kitchen had everything from a blender for smoothies to a crockpot! Can't say enough about this place, very nice and clean!

What a view!!!

We loved staying at this condo!!! Very clean and close to everything that you need!!! And the view is breathtaking!!! The kids would get in the morning and sit on the patio and watch the dolphins jumping!!! Highly recommended and I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!!!

Felt like staying at a family friends home

We were on our very first solo girls trip and we could not have asked for more! Myself and my twin six year old girls wish we were still there now! We have stayed in other condos in the area and this was by far the absolute best overall from condo to friendliness from the owners! We HONESTLY couldn’t have asked for more and we will be back hopefully for two weeks next year instead of just the one!

Our New Happy Place!

This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in a few in the area and none of them come close to this one. The owners have done a phenomenal job. It’s clean, well decorated, and has anything you could ever need. They have even rented an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach. It made for an exceptional stay. We were so appreciative of all the little extra details that made our vacation perfect. I would highly recommend this condo. Thanks so much for sharing your happy place with us! Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo was very well stocked. We are most meals at the condo since cooking was so simple. The beach access is awesome. From the condo to the sand, it only took about a minute to get to. The pool was clean, and the beach was clean. The owners were very gracious and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed all the unit had to offer. Thank you!

We were thrilled with this unit! It was clean and so well stocked with any appliance/pots/pan you could want! It simply had everything and we will hopefully be back! Terrific family vacation

We all enjoyed to the max our experience at las Briasas, every day was a joy with the nice pool and beach front access. We really liked the gas grills at the tiki hut, we got to cook the fish my husband had caught on a Hubbards 1/2 day fishing party boat, also everyone should eat at Dave's Dockside just across the street for a extra good grouper sandwich. Also a must do is to eat at crabby bill's for stone crab, which are in season in the fall, great local people, super food, George's and Michelle thought of every comfort needed and the grandkids used the entire treasure box, we enjoyed the beach umbrella too, definitely want to came back someday, thank you

First Family Beach Vacation

My wife and I honeymooned in Madeira Beach in and had the opportunity to take our 2 year old toddler on his first beach vacation. The condo was excellent. We enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the pool and beach. We used the provided grill one day for lunch. We spent many of the mornings in the provided cabanas before cooling off in the pool. The condo was well equipped with many kitchen necessities. The plus of a Pack N Play was great for our toddler to sleep in so we didn’t have to pack our own. Will be keeping this one bookmarked for future trips.

Awesome Place !!!!

From check in to check out everything was seamless and perfect !!! Communication before check in was very clear to understand. Which is always a concern when checking in late at night but everything went smoothly. During our visit we kept being amazed at how well stocked everything was we needed. We flew in from out of state for a family event so to have beach items there already was a life saver !!! Having some paper products on hand including zip lock bags was awesome for snacks down to the beach. Beds were so comfortable in both rooms !! I prefer staying in personally owned rentals and of all the ones I have stayed over the years this is my #1 !!! We are thinking we make this an annual trip and will for sure be booking here again !!!
