We loved our stay here. It’s close to the beach and near great places to eat. It’s also near other attractions such as Clearwater Aquarium. Check-in was a simple self-service, and the property manager was very responsive. Great place!

Lovely beach house

We enjoyed the beach house. Lovely back yard. We had a small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect for him.The area was lots to do within walking distance. The locals appreciated our support as they come back on line after the hurricane.Great place to stay!

We loved our stay and the proximity to the beach. Bruce was very responsive and helpful. We loved that a wagon, skim board, beach umbrella, and other beach items were provided. Also the kitchen was great! We would definitely stay again!

Great long weekend at Indian Rocks beach!

We had a wonderful time with visiting my son at USF and really enjoyed the beach time. The condo was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

This property checked most of the boxes, but was the most sparse of any rental houses we’ve had in Indian rocks. The beds were super soft and a bit uncomfortable. A good stay overall and nice location.

Quiet weekend away

We loved this location and enjoyed our first visit to IRB. We enjoyed walking from the rental to restaurants, shops, the beach, and the nature preserve. The unit was clean and welcoming, the shower needed to be recleaned but I reached out and got a quick response. Loved that the unit came with beach towels , chairs and umbrella, and wagon to carry it. We drove to treasure island and to sand key while here. It was an easy trip to the airport as well.

Great place

The location was great. Very clean property. Loved the fact it had all the necessities. Out of habit I bought extra items but they were not necessary. Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel.

Excellent Getaway!

Wonderful location! Short walk to the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We are back in New England now and we really miss your place. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Publix not too far away. Accessible restaurants. We would happily return.

Comfy. Perfect location.I was learning at beach art center and the property was close to it and very close to the beach. Mango smoothie at The Kooky Cocnut was just right.Loved the Bbq on the porch. Management was great to work with

Wonder fall get away

Our stay was comfortable and are flat was clean. All electronics worked well and comfy furniture and beds. The only issue was the water pressure is low but not a bother.

The house was clean and a perfect location. It says a 10 min walk to the beach on maps but it was for sure shorter. The host was very communicative when I reached out about anything and the home was comfortable and felt very safe. The property has a wonderful backyard/patio space and a grill that we used! there were lots of items to cook with and beach supplies too. Overall such a great stay!

Location is great! Lots of dog hair and no mattress protectors on either bed which I would think would be standard for sanitary reasons.. otherwise the place served its purpose and was comfortable. Close walk to the beach and quiet street. Good communication and check in was easy.

This is the place....

No issues , great back yard if you don't want to go to the beach but want to hang in the sun in quiet.... Beach cart was provided for the short 1 block to the beach talk about convenient .. Couple blocks from my favorite resturant Guppies on the Beach..... Central location to get on and off the interstate, straight shot from airport , and either direction Fun and Sand.... thanks again for a awesome stay.....

Marathon and visit

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed in Carter’s Beach Villa A for a long weekend so my husband and daughter could run the Clearwater Marathon. Bruce was a lovely and responsive host. The condo is adorable. It’s bright and sunny: well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and a nice assortment of restaurants. We had a lovely weekend, made better by such nice accommodations.

Cute house, great location

Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy.
