  • Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom condo just blocks from St. Pete beach on a dead-end quiet street in a great neighborhood. Close to restaurants, library, gym, banks and other amenities within walking distance.
    The kitchen in the condo has brand new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher with large countertops and tons of cupboard space. Bedroom has large bedroom closet for additional storage. There are new mini-split AC units in both bedroom and main living area. The unit has 1-2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit and keyless entry.
