  • SPACIOUS BEACHFRONT CORNER CONDO WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE GULF FROM THE VERY SPACIOUS BALCONY AND ALSO A VIEW OF THE INTRACOASTAL ALONG WITH GREAT DINING TABLES AND LOUNGERS AND HEATED POOL. THE UNIT IS 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS .THE CORNER LOCATION OFFERS MORE PRIVACY THAN OTHER UNITS IN THE BUILDING .THERE IS ALSO A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FROM CLEARWATER BEACH TO ST. PETERSBURG BEACH ALL DAY FOR $1.00 PER DAY. WE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE WITH A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AS WELL AND YOU LOOK DOWN FROM THE BALCONY AND YOU ARE LITERALLY RIGHT ON THE BEACH. WHEN YOU LOOK OUT AT THE BALCONY AND THE OCEAN FROM THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE ON A CRUISE SHIP. WE HAVE A 7 DAY MINIMUM STAY FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND.
