Contemporary Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This City view condo hotel suite is unique, offering a second large unattached balcony. This lovely suite comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed, two queen beds plus the full-sized sofa bed, along with 2 full bathrooms and an additional half-bath in the common area.
Enjoy the sunrise over Clearwater with a steaming cup of coffee. This fifth-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax. Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you bring a dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.


If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the inside of the building and the room itself was beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Golf stay

Are three bedroom condo on the beach at the Avalon house was perfect for our trip. Nice outdoor patio bar with a great view of the sunset was a nice touch. I’m going out very very new and convenient to golf courses and nightly activity.

Perfect beach getaway!

A good mix of hotel vs Vrbo home

We overall enjoyed the stay, and it was a good mix of the environment. We wish we would’ve had the beach view versus the roadside, and a few other things additionally. The bedrooms were a little small, but overall comfortable. The hotel and the rooms themselves were clean and noise orientated. (We stayed during the week) Our kids would’ve enjoyed the pool after sunset for sure if the pool was open a little bit later hours.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful experience at the Avalon. The building was new and well maintained. The unit was clean and very spacious for our stay. The coffee bar on the 2nd floor was neat and the balcony on our floor was nice. It was great to have chairs, umbrellas, and towels available so we didn’t need to travel with these. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, nice property

This is very nice spacious 3 bed room unit, right on the beach, next to shops, bars and all the hot spots but also separate from the noise. It has everything you would need for a nice relaxing family vocation, we also enjoyed playing tennis a few steps away, and golf 10 minutes drive and good fishing spots all over the places. Oh, the manage team made everything easy and smooth. Wish we could stayed longer

Great beach location

We were very pleased with how clean our condo was. Cassidy at the check-in desk was just wonderful : very polite, friendly and so helpful in recommendations for close restaurants and their locations. She is a real asset😊😊😊 Improvements we felt would be good: a few sheets of paper and pen, a few more large bath towels. Also it would only fair to mention the added on parking and resort fees in the original quote!

Great stay!

The Avalon Club Hotel was amazing! The accommodations were really nice, and was exactly how it was described. It was super spacious on the inside (including the outdoor patio), very clean, and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch too throughout the Condos. Everyone was super friendly, from other guests to the front desk staff. We loved the coffee station on the 2nd floor, and the rooftop pool and bar on the 5th floor with amazing views. The location was everything! Right on Clearwater Beach with walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay again. :)

Clean and bright place to stay, 200 seps to beach.

Nice employees, easy check-in, very clean complex and room. I counted 200 seps from complex sidewalk to the beach sand. Easy process to rent (free) beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. HVAC is located in the master bedroom so caution for those who want it quiet, great for those of us who want a fan noise while sleeping. Quick Lyft/Uber pick-up location. Beach area is very clean, dolphins seem to swim a lot just off shoreline.

Hard beds

The Place was clean and very modern. Beds were very hard! Parking is only for 1 vehicle, and there is construction directly across from the balcony that woke us up each morning. Not much of a view. Much different than the pictures show. Young lady at the front desk was less than pleasant to deal with. Pool is small, bar was never open while we were there. Not worth $550/.night in my opinion.

Obsessed!!!!!!

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed on vacation!!! We always travel with our friends (5 total) and we were absolutely blown away with this place. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and are the absolute people we have ever met. We loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas provided and there was plenty for everyone. The towel exchange was amazing as well. Along with all the essentials that were provided and restocked. All the beds were very comfortable. One evening it rained and the front desk offered us umbrellas so we could walk around, we thought this was above and beyond excellent service!!!!! So if you are looking for an extremely clean, safe and friendly environment, we highly recommend The Avalon!!! encountered
