Perfect spot for getaway near St Pete!
Rental was as described, clean and private. Not far from some good local restaurants as well as a short drive to St Pete. All the basics were provided and host was courteous and prompt to reply to any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, neat, centrally located
Easy check in/out, new, clean, and quiet. There’s a park a few blocks away, dog owners will want to exercise their pets there, as there are a number of local dogs that are often off-leash and, well, kinda scary.

Issues from the start
Property as described newly created private room(s). Consisting of bedroom, kitchenette/dinning room, bathroom. Had no pre-arrival instructions, had to contact customer service to get property manager to message me through the app even though I reached out multiple times. Was given a code but on arrival found the keypad not working. Contacted property manager and she contacted owner. Waited 20 minutes for owner to come out from the connected home to hand me a key, outside temp was 95 degrees. On entering rental found no instructions or WiFi password. Again had to contact property manager. Gave me WiFi access. Found that TV had no local/network access/channels had streaming services only with no accounts setup could only watch free apps such as PLUTO AND abc/cbs news. No instructions for departure so I washed coffee cups used and took out trash. Bed was comfortable air conditioner worked well. I believe I was first person to stay here.

FIRST TIMER
The property was not in good shape. Major attention is needed to the outside of the property. The lawn needs to be kept up, the property needs a paint job, and the size of the unit was not worth the price we paid for it. The parking provided was inadequate.

WOULDN'T COME BACK
The shower kept clogging. Poor communication with host. If you are having guests over be careful because she will charge $100.
