What a lovely stay! The one‑bedroom apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every necessity was provided—from the fully equipped kitchen to the plush towels and comfortable bedding. Communication was excellent, and the check‑in process was seamless. The unit itself is very nice and well-kept. Plenty of towels, and a nice living room. Bed was comfy. And I appreciated the presence of the washer and dryer because I was there for a tennis tournament. The host (Terry) was great at communication and replied promptly to my messages. There was a couple of things I needed to inform them about, and they immediately addressed them.I felt safe during my stay, and I would recommend staying there if you are in St. Petersburg.

Great Spot Neat St Pete Central Strip

Loved the stay here at this property. East walk to all the happenings on Central Ave in St Pete. Unit was super nice, well appointed and very clean. East check in and check out process and Terry was very communicative. I will stay here again.

Great location!

We stayed here for a weekend to watch the Yankees play at Tropicana field. The location is great and is in walking distance to the field! The apartment is cozy and very clean! Will be our new spot to stay when we are going to the baseball games!

Downtown St. Pete Stay

The property is very nice, clean, modern and well equipped. If you are looking to stay near downtown and Central Ave, the location is perfect. Also, access to Sunrunner bus close by as an option to get to the St Pete beach area. Owner was excellent to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Loved the location and the property was very clean and cozy. Terry was a very good host and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in St. Pete and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the downtown area.

Great stay!

Brought my daughter to visit USF- St. Petersberg to visit. This unit has great proximity to downtown, the interior is very nicely appointed. I was especially impressed with the thought and detail that went into furnishing this unit. It seemed that the unit had everything I could possibly need. Great stay.

Great walkable location w/appealing aesthetic

The apartment is everything as advertised and much more! Situated in a very quiet area, it offered all of the comforts of home with easy access to restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. My stay was seamless as the owner is extremely responsive and the rental was modern with updated appliances and a spacious layout. Perfect for vacation or business travelers, check out this gem for your next stay in the area!

Downtown St Pete

The unit was within walking distance to everything in downtown St Pete including Tropicana Field. Near a large variety of restaurants about a mile from the bay front. Nice apartment with everything you need and it sits over an office so there are no neighbors to make noise.

This property is amazing! It’s very close to all of Downtown St Petersburg and was fully stocked with anything you would need for an extended stay. All kitchen needs from cook ware, utensils, air fryer, you name it was available. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire unit is clean. The washer and dry is a great feature as well. We have already booked our next stay.

Beautiful little apartment!

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It is very well decorated and you feel like you are at home the minute you walk through the door. Our host, Terry, was easy to get in touch with at all times. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. On a side note- we stayed to attend Yankee games as well and the walk was literally 10 minutes and very safe.

This was the best stocked and cleanest rental that we've had in St.Pete in the past 3 years. The kitchen was well appointed (plenty of dishes, cookware, etc), plenty of linens, towels, laundry/dish detergent, etc. A few questions that we had were promptly answered by Terry. The location concerned me as it was by the highway however noise was not an issue. We were here for a swim meet and this was close to the team hotel and easy to get to Vinoy Park and nightlife. Overall it was a great stay. Would return here if we came back. however noise wasn't an issue. Great visit.

Home away from home

We were in St Pete for work for 6 weeks and loved our stay. The apartment looks very recently renovated and has everything you need and more. The kitchen has plenty of utsensils, pots, pans, and everything else you might need. There were also lots of towels, tissues, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. It was really a home away from home. Nothing is ever perfect, so there are two points I would like to mention. From the description and the pictures it wasn’t clear (to me) that the apartment is on the second floor. It wouldn’t have changed my decision to rent it, but it seemed a strange omission. Also, the location is right next to the I275 overpass. Soundproofing is good, so noise was not an issue, but every time a heavy vehicle passes (which happens quite often) the building trembles. Every now and then that got on my nerves a bit. Other than that, the neighbourhood is great. It is on the edge of downtown, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars all up and down Central Ave. Really loved the vibe of this part of St Pete!
