  • This third-floor condo is located in Madeira Beach, close to John`s Pass Village. There is a view from the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico in the distance! You can walk to everything from this one-bedroom, bath, and a-half condo that sleeps four guests with two queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. Enjoy the NEW living room furniture, full kitchen, washer/dryer, heated pool, BBQ area, balcony with NEW seating (Pictures to Come), Free North American long-distance calling, and Free Wi-Fi! This unit has a unique large layout with one bedroom and a private balcony. Come enjoy this beautiful unit and area!

    Across the Street from the Beach—Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to `settle` the Madeira Beach area.

    It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal, John`s Pass Village, and Boardwalk. John`s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink!
