  • Come relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful, well appointed and family friendly 5-level town home! We are located on Clearwater Beach, just 200 flip flops (600 feet) from the best beach in Florida!

    Watch the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of America while relaxing in the hot tub or grilling out up on the rooftop terrace! Your private elevator takes you to all 5 floors. Great care has been taken to decorate and provide you with everything you need for your perfect vacation retreat. This luxury, extra clean, “home away from home” has an oversized double garage, 4 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen/1 full/1 set of twin bunk beds), includes all linens, even beach towels! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush!!

    Luxury features: granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub, cable TV, Wi-Fi hi-speed internet. Infant/children items are also available: highchair, pack n play, baby safety gate, beach toys, wagons, etc..

    The rooftop has everything for your convenience - outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub, and grill. Start your day with visions of a beautiful sunrise in the east over Clearwater Harbor and the Inter coastal waterway and enjoy the evening breezes, twinkling lights and spectacular sunsets over the beautiful Gulf of America!!

    Beach items are also provided for your convenience: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, wagons and a 'sand cart' to haul it all to the beach!! Brand new pickleball courts right across the street so there are some paddles and balls supplied in garage.
    There is a wonderful playground right across the street for the little ones and one block down a really fun community pool (open mid-March - late September). If you bring your receipt showing you're stay at the property, you can get half off the entrance fee. Bring a cooler and have a ball!

    You'll have so much fun, you won't want to leave!!!

This is our secret vacation getaway in Clearwater Beach! These townhouses are absolutely perfect for our large family vacations. Plenty of room for our 4 adult, sometimes 5 kids group, with enough breathing room so no one feels couped up. The kitchen and baths are all well put together, off street parking for 2 vehicles, ADA friendly with small private elevators, and nice rooftop deck with hot tub to enjoy the nearly 360* view of the gorgeous Clearwater Beach island north of the Pier. Excellent accomodations, very clean, hot tub was great way to end the day. Host provided everything desired for the beach and the park just across the street was added bonus. Host was very gracious to provide extra pack n plays for the grand children.

Great Location to Clearwater Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, particularly the rooftop area. The views of the Harbor and Clearwater Beach are wonderful. The elevator was so nice to have as we had elderly family staying who do not navigate stairs well. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Awesome stay

The townhouse was great! It was a little to enjoy the hot tub but the view was spectacular. It's within walking distance to the popular locations like Pier 60 and the beach was right across the street. We will definitely stay again. We had a great a time.

The location was great and within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive! I would highly recommend staying here! We had a family of 10 including kids and it fit us all comfortably.

Spring Break

This property is close to all the Clearwater Beach attractions, and just enough out of the way to be quiet. Two blocks from the beach and great beach front restaurants (Palm Pavilion and Frenchy’s). Great view of the Gulf. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. I think a hidden gem of the area.

The best part of this property is its location! It is walkable to the highlights of Clearwater beach. We stayed with another family and this worked well for our group of 8. We enjoyed the well stocked beach toys and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop hot tub and gulf views were a great way to begin and end our days. Would stay again.

NYE Family Get Away

Wonderful condo, great location and amenities! Traveled with my husband and 4 adult children, plenty of room for everyone - Walking distance to restaurants and bars, close to tennis courts and rec center with wonderful rooftop views. Common area larger than appears in pictures, fully stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. We loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful condo. Hot tub is a little dated, but other than that we were very happy with our stay. Didn’t really need to communicate with the owners because everything was well laid out. I would recommend this place for a family vacation.

We loved our stay in Clearwater! This home was very nice and we enjoyed being here for a week! The 5 stories was a lot for my parents but we didn’t mind all the steps and the elevator was helpful! My kids liked it here and there was a lot of stuff for them to use and play with at the beach which made our trip so much easier not having to bring any beach toys or chairs! Personally I wish there was just some more things in the kitchen for cooking and storing foods so if you plan to do a lot of that I would maybe plan to bring some containers or supplies you like to use. But overall really nice place! Being across from the park and pickle ball court was also so awesome for us!
