Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Clearwater Beach, voted #1 beach in the U.S. This unique Mediterranean style townhome is merely a block and half (or a five minute short walk) from Pier 60 and the nightly Key West style Sunset Celebrations. This location is perfect to enjoy the "Sugar White Sands" and the Boardwalk of Clearwater Beach. It's a short 2 blocks to the beach and within those 2 blocks, you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping. You can sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the tranquility of the water while watching for dolphins and manatees to go by. The rooftop terrace allows for eating outside, sun bathing and conversation with family or friends, or just enjoying the sunset or beautiful view both day and night. The home is so well stocked, we have everything to make sure you have the best beach vacation. Once you visit "Our Little Slice of Heaven", you're sure to fall in love with it as well!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The only thing we ask upon departure tomorrow is to throw away all your trash and place it in the bins in the garage. Please put all furniture back if moved and please wash pool/beach towels.
You do not need to do anything else, we will take care of the rest. If you are planing on departing before 10am please let me know for scheduling. If not we will be there then to clean at 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice neighborhood just blocks from the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. The bikes, beach gear and fishing poles were a nice addition as was the pool and hot tub. Two 14 year olds gave rave reviews. The townhouse was nicely appointed

Spring Break 2025

Great week! Place was super clean and we even got in a bit early. It had everything as advertised and then some! Pool and hot tub were great, so was the dock - dolphins came along several times that week. It’s close to all our favorite bars and restaurants!

Relaxation Vacation

Our stay in this beautifully appointed townhouse was wonderful. Anything you could possibly need was at our fingertips. Our hosts Misty and Curt thought of everything, and were very communicative during our stay. They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and it’s clear they want their guests to enjoy theIr stay. The rooftop is as advertised with spectacular views all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Property was Right around the corner from any and everything!!! You could walk, ride bikes that the home provided or even rent a golf cart like we did wich was so much fun to go around the town in! Also walking distance to the beach! Wonderful place to stay! highly recommended. much dun!

What A Treat!

This was a great property that had tons of amenities. Super close to the beach and easy walking distance to everything. Never have to get in the car once you arrive. Any issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the super friendly and helpful property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location!

Everything about this rental was wonderful! It was easy to book, location and amenities were wonderful and overall just a great place to enjoy some time away. Owner communication was excellent. You can enjoy the pool right off the patio, the rooftop deck was amazing in the evenings, only a short walk from the beach and restaurants too! We enjoyed and will definitely recommend!

We loved this place. Probably one of the most comfortable homes we have rented in the last 10 years. It had everything we needed plus some extra nice touches. Great location. Quite street. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The property manager was fantastic. We will definetly rent again next time we are in Clearwater.

Beauty on the Bay

Beautiful view of Clearwater Bay while having morning coffee waking up with the dolphins. Plenty of room with everything we needed. Host Extremely responsive to any needs. Highly recommend!
