    Unit (#307) is in the OceanSide Condominium, a 20 unit complex which sits on the beachside of Gulf Blvd., in the heart of downtown Indian Rocks Beach. Unit #307 is 1 of 2 units that have 3 bedrooms w/ a Bonus Room. This ~2,100 sq ft. spacious luxury condo has an unobstructed view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your private balcony as you watch the boats and dolphins make their way through the Intracoastal.

This property was excellent. Perfectly located in Indian Rocks Beach. The unit was very clean and extremely spacious. The amenities were perfect as there wasn’t a single thing that you needed to bring. The pool closet was loaded with everything you would need to enjoy your time on the beach. Literally perfect. We have stayed at many places in IRB, but I would say this one is at the top of the list! Highly recommended!!

This is one of the nicest and largest condors in Indian Rocks Beach. Beachfront and in town, great shops and restaurants to walk to. 2nd time staying in last two years. Patrice and Sam are fantastic Hosts.

3 weeks of fun in the sun! Our condo was spacious and well-equipped. Great pool and spa area. We loved the easy beach access and nearness to restaurants. The elevator made moving in and grocery trips easy. Loved everything about our stay!

Condo was great and as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. Was very handy to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach tent for shade. We especially loved the proximity to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. Sam/Patrice were great and very quick to respond to everything. We would definitely book this same condo again in the future! Highly recommend!

Slow and easy beach town.

We have been going to Indian Rocks beach for a long time bet never right in the village. What a great location and fantastic hosts. Condo is as described. Large and well kept with room for everyone.

Our first time in IRB!

This was our annual framily vacation and we really enjoyed IRB, this home and the gulf side of Florida in general. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Being close to shops and restaurants was great as was being close to Clearwater without staying in Clearwater. The home was huge and the extra room off the master suite was perfect for giving all 4 kids their own beds! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

It was a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! It had everything we needed for the week. The dryer quit working but I contacted the owner and she replied instantly. We will definitely be back!

Booking, arrival and checkout were all very easy. The condo was spacious, well stocked with cookware, dinner ware, etc.. It was nice to have the cart for luggage and groceries. Huge washer and dryer.Most importantly, it was very clean. I walked around in stocking feet and my socks stayed white.We prepared Christmas dinner for 9 and had plenty of pots, pans, and serving dishes. Three year old grandson loved the pool!We left a message for owner and received an immediate response. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend. Thank you.

Another great stay at this amazing condo

We returned due to the spacious beauty of this condo, the location and wonderful hosts. Don’t be hesitant to book this place because it does not have an ocean view. This condo has a birds eye view of the inter coastal and we were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. While the noise from the street can be loud at times, it quiets right down around 10:00, unlike the rooms facing the ocean which tend to be noisy well into the night with people enjoying their balcony time or the pool.

Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sam and Patrice’s beautiful condo at Indian Rocks Beach. I visited with my daughters, son in laws and my 1 year old grandson.I’ve been visiting Indian Rocks Beach for 35 years and the Oceanside condos are by far my favorite location.We were in walking distance to many restaurants, brewery and stores. Villa Gallace is a wonderful Italian restaurant and we also went to Monstah Lobstah, guilty Seas, Salt Rock Grill and Guppy’s and had great meals!The Condo was exactly as described and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our balcony and we went to the beach for the sunsets.Thank You Sam and Patrice for providing such a fantastic vacation spot! I’m so looking forward to renting again in the near future!Jane Phillips

This was perfect for the five of us on our Annual Girlfriend Trip. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the beach. The host provides lots of beach equipment. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and relaxing on the beach and at the pool.The hosts were great! They were always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful tips for the area.
