This place is pretty great. Most VRBOs have a mix of king/queen/twin beds. This place has 5 good size bedrooms with 5 king size beds. Great for a friends to have a get together. Hanging on the dock watching the dolphins was so much fun.

Short Work Trip

Rented the house for a short work trip with two other team members. Plenty of room to spread out as needed and some great areas to hang out together. The house was clean with all the amenities, we were all very pleased. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

Had a group of us in town for a reunion and the accommodations were well above what we were expecting. The house was incredible! There was plenty to do and we thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend with kayaking, paddle boarding, pool volleyball, and grilling on the pool deck. The golf cart to shuttle our group to the beach for a day was the icing on the cake. Communication from the management was above and beyond and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We all had an excellent time at this unit. Very spacious, excellent location, and very clean. Nick was very helpful in the weeks leading up to the stay and throughout the check-in process, and was very prompt with his responses. The only issue was that we had reached out to the number provided to have the hot tub heater turned on, and it never was. But, this did not prove to be a major issue as it tended to be too warm outside to use the hot tub.

Exceeded our expectations!

The home and amenities were amazing! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, beds were super comfy, and all of the extras (golf cart, pool floats, kayaks, etc.) really made the property top notch. While it seemed a little inconvenient at first to send text whenever we needed the hottub or pool heat on/off, our requests were promptly addressed so it was really no big deal! We will definitely be booking this property again!

Perfect weekend away

Highly recommend this house. Nick was an excellent, super responsive host. Highlights were the hot tub, fishing dock, & golf cart access to get around. The shower in the master bathroom was also quite impressive. The pool takes a while to heat so we weren't able to use it as much as planned. Overall excellent experience.

Beautiful home!

We all exclaimed “it’s a Mansion!” Very comfortable beds, large common areas to accommodate 10 people. Enjoyed the balconies the pool and game area. Only complaint was the water temperature. Difficult to regulate. We ended up All using the 3rd floor showers overall it was very nice!

Great House

Great property that served our family of 12 very well. A couple minor issues were ants in the kitchen cabinets and the trash cans were full upon our arrival. I raised these issues and unfortunately they weren’t addressed during our stay. Ultimately it didn’t put too much of a strain on our stay.

Wonderful family get away!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here with our sons and their families. There were 10 of us and this house has tons of room for everyone. Kayaks, paddle board, fishing poles, golf cart, ping pong table are all available for use. Lots of outdoor dining and sitting areas. Two minute ride on the golf cart to the gulf to watch the sunset. We did blow the conch shell from the house at sunset! We did have several issues which were handled quickly.

Perfect family reunion

This home was truly described perfectly. Great for couples with King beds and if you had kids the lower level has 4 bunk beds. Beautiful pool, jacuzzi, dock and water views. Got out the kayak and used the 6 pax golf cart to drive locally. We enjoyed the balcony from coffee in the morning to dinners at night. Ping pong, games, comfortable lounge chairs around pool, family room couches and chairs for sharing. It truly was just perfect. We will go back!

Beautiful House

Plenty room for multiple families. Spent most the time fishing and in the pool. Bring your own poles previous renters detroyed the supplied ones. Caught drum, catfish and spots. Golfcarts rides to watch the sunset on the beach. Kitchen very well equipped cooked all meals entire stay. Master bathroom was awesome. Coffee on balcony watching the water was beautiful. Great place.

Amazing experience for our multi-generational family gathering

We had an incredible weekend stay at the Oasis. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation, comfort, amenities and communication, especially for what was a relatively short, off-season stay.One of our family members is in a heavy power chair and relies on several accessibility items. Nick was incredibly accommodating in allowing our equipment rental vendor to deliver a bed, hoyer, etc. The elevator was a must have for our trip!It always seems to be the coldest days of the year in Florida when we visit so we were glad that Nick was quick to respond when we requested for the hot tub to be heated.The construction grade of the house is exceptional. All family members of varying preferences all reported comfortable beds. We loved that the kitchen, coffee bar and linen closets were so well stocked and picked up several ideas for our own vacation rentals!Thanks again for a great stay. We plan to return!

Great location, home needs some work

Great location. We loved the area. The sunrise and sunset views from the home were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the elevator was a great convenience especially for my 80 year old mom as the staircase banisters were loose and moved easily. Overall this is a great home but we did have a few issues. The video game advertised was not in the home which was disappointing and we could only use one kayak as the other one smelled horribly of fish. We found that some left bait fish in the storage area of the kayak. The biggest issue were the roaches in one of the third floor bathroom. We did not see them anywhere else in the home. This is a great rental that needs some TLC.
