We are so happy that we found this home for our Christmas vacation. Great communication and perfect location. If we weren't at the beach the kids were in the pool, playing in the game room or chasing lizards in the front. Frida's Cafe & Bakery is a great breakfast spot up the road and Thai Bay is a must try. Overall your 20ish minutes in any direction to all the beaches and activities. We've already referred family that's thinking about a Tampa trip to stay here, such a great spot!

Wonderful and Relaxing

Rosie was a wonderful host. The house had everything you could think of and was VERY CLEAN! The pool was beautiful and we were able to relax around it. The game room/office was perfect because my sister and I were able to work while we were there. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was perfect close to the grocery store, restaurants and cafe. It was a very short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater St Pete airport and several other towns nearby. We are already looking forward to next year. I am 61 and stayed the first half of the month with my 88 year old father. After I left my sister and brother-in-law arrived to stay with my Dad. We were able to walk the quiet neighborhood and even to Largo Mall. I highly recommend this rental. Rosie thought of everything.

The house was a great rental. Only disappointment was we were expecting a real pool table not a miniature pool table. Other than that everything was great. Pool was great and the house had everything we needed. House was located close to everything we were doing in Seminole. Wonderful stay.
