Calling all snowbirds!! This is a 28-night minimum complex located right over the bridge in Largo. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It is on the Intracoastal Waterway which has a view from the balcony. Enjoy watching the manatees, dolphins, and birds while you relax on the balcony. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. The washing machine/dryer is inside the condo. The complex itself offers a pool and a garage for guests to use. In the living room, there is a TV for guests to enjoy when staying in. Don't forget that during your stay, Plumlee offers free weekday beach bike rentals during your stay as an added bonus!

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Holiday Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the holiday rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV caravans.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
