Cassandra was super helpful or room wS really great clean and spacious. We really liked the property and the cozy vibe and especially access to beach and cabana and chairs and the hammocks!!!

I would have walked out with a five star rating but upon check out we realized we left a pillow behind. Asked to get back in the room and had already been stolen within no more than 5 mins. Such a shame. Would’ve been a perfect vacation. Room 101 cleaning person is a thief.

The rooms, and all outside areas were very clean, and modern, and any staff we dealt with or encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool area is well maintained and spacious with plenty of seating, and servers from the on-property restaurant, Coconut Charlie’s, were present enough to take drink and food orders. The food and drinks from the restaurant were of high quality, and well prepared, whether it was lunch that we ordered at the pool, or breakfast at indoor restaurant. The beach area was as good as it gets for St. Pete’s Beach, with plenty of cabanas, lounge chairs, or space for a beach towel. The only somewhat negative is the view from the rooms. The hotel building is perpendicular to the beach, so most of the rooms face parking lots, unless you are in one of the 15 rooms at the end of the building that have full ocean view and view of the pool, or you book the partial ocean view room, which has a small view of the ocean in addition to the parking lot. We got a partial ocean view, which has a balcony, and it was fine, and we would book the same room again, if we ever in the area again.

we liked the location and access to where we needed to go , and for it being an older building which obviously has been renovated very nicely it was a nice stay. The only thing I did not like was that house keeping, it is only every other day and on the actual cleaning day did not come to make our room until after 5pm when someone returns after a day of work you would like to come back to a nice room and not have to leave again for it to be made to be usable and take a shower. Even thought we stay in the area quiet frequently I will probably not repeat due to the fact that I like my daily housekeeping - beds made and towels changed when traveling for work or private. Other then that it was a nice place and receptionist and staff on the beach bar was super attentive and friendly.

Overall, this property is good. My only issue is I paid up for a partial ocean view and got a room that looks out on a parking lot and the rather dumpy place next door. I wish I could post a picture. Not up to what I expect from Hilton. We were tripping over painters all through the facility when we were there

standard business hotel. expected breakfast to be included but it wasn't. although the prices for breakfast in the restaurant were surprisingly reasonable. parking is free. it's a long walk from the front desk to the elevators. but other than that everything was good. rooms have fridge & microwave, which is handy for reheating leftovers. i liked the bed and pillows which is very important to me to get a good night's sleep on the road. definitely would stay again. good price.

Location. Pool well kept and great temperature. Cabanas great view of the gulf, only the afternoon sun forces you to flip the cover. The tiki restaurant was fantastic, great menu, great service, great evening music. The breakfast restaurant needs to train better some of their staff so they do not roll their eyes if you ask something different. Anyhow would return again.

We like everything about the hotel except the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It turned out to be a false alarm and we didn’t have to evacuate the building.

I am giving a ONE STAR for my family's experience. I was going to be flying in very late at night. My son and his girlfriend was going to be staying with me and getting in earlier. I called the hotel that morning asking if my son could check in for me. They said no problem. All I need is his name. That night my flight was delayed and didn't land until 1:30am. My son contacted me that the front desk would not let him check in since he wasn't 25. His girlfriend and him were sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. They had just finished day three of a 14 hour a day drive. For some reason, sleeping in the lobby was ok, but checking in the room that I and they gave permission for wasn't ok. I immediately talked with the front desk and demanded that they let them into the room. They reluctantly allowed them since I was on my way. The age of check in is actually 21 so they lied right off the bat. My son is 20.5 years old. When I asked for permission for him to check in for me they never asked his age. Considering he is so close in age and I had made this arrangement they should have allowed it. When I asked the front desk clerk if he thought it strange that two people were sleeping in the lobby that late at night he said it's not uncommon. That alone should concern anyone staying at this hotel. He hadn't even asked them who they were. The next day I spoke with the manager. Her primary concern was who I talked to about my son checking in for me. she repeatedly asked
