Summary: Incredible waterfront condo located right on the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. This 1BD/1BA condo can sleep up to 4 (an air-mattress can be requested in advance). The Condo comes with a SHADED PARKING SPOT and has a free parking lot (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited on the property). Located on the grounds is a POOL, HOT TUB, AND DOC FORDS RUM BAR! The Condo is directly across from a boat ramp and is just a 6 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH! The building is right next to a marina to park your boats! Don't forget it's PET FRIENDLY!
The Space: A signed rental agreement and legal ID must be provided prior to check-in. Any personal information will not be shared and will be stored in compliance with FCC regulations.
Our 2nd floor (elevator on-site) open-layout condo is the perfect couples and family getaway! We're located right on the Boca Ciega Bay with a private, large balcony overlooking the water. Many guests have mentioned seeing dolphins, sharks, manatees, and fish from the balcony! Because of our angle, we get plenty of natural sunlight in the morning and great views of sunsets in the evening! Make a cocktail at our cocktail cart and sip it on the balcony while taking in the views, or enjoy our complimentary coffee in the morning as the dolphins swim by! Plus, an entrance to the Pinellas Trail is right across the street so bring your bikes or running shoes!

If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! - PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. - We DO NOT provide beach chairs/umbrellas or other beach essentials

If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. While disappointing, this is unavoidable due to our need to have everything fixed so we may be able to provide you a safe and comfortable stay in the future. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during this time. - POOL is operational and there is a temporary fence placed around the pool. A new fence gate is scheduled to be installed in the near future, the hot tub is also temporarily unavailable. - ELEVATORS- one elevator is working - DOCK- will not be completed until at least at the end of 2025. - Soffits- completion date not yet determined. - Spa and fitness room is closed until further notice.

PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental with a $100 fee per stay. We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.
As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $8 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!

This condo was very clean and had all the supplies I needed. The pool is amazing and everynight I enjoyed the sunset right off my balcony. Great communications with the property manager too. Couldnt ask for more!
Everything was ok, other than couch was broken & no cable at all, which meant zero tv….but then again we are I. Florida so who wants to stay inside. Cute place though, we would love to stay again
Great condo. Perfect for 2 people and our pups. Great/fast communication with management. Perfect location for some fishing and short drive to beach. The only down fall for us was the noise from the busy road making the balcony a little less enjoyable.
Property was not cleaned. Stove was caked with grease. No directions on how to work the TV with 3 remotes. Bedroom window was 30' from a 4 lane hwy. Accommodation was not "luxurious" as advertised. Overall would be comparable to a 2.5 star hotel. Definitely will not be back! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Pool/spa was not available after dusk due to insurance issues. No hangers, or iron/ironing board. Only 4 forks so constantly washing dishes. Several Patio blinds were missing. Worst was the traffic noise from the adjacent highway (45-55 mph) We couldn't enjoy the patio until 10 pm.

Shabby Unit in a Beautiful Resort
The resort itself is beautiful, but this unit was not on par with others in the complex. Our biggest concern was the flooring. The carpet in the bedroom was very dirty, so much so that I purchased area rugs to avoid stepping on it. The rest of the space was tiled, and it was in need of a good cleaning, as well. The unit was equipped with pots and pans, along with cooking utensils, but the cutlery was sparse. There were two spoons, two forks, and two butter knives -- mismatched. There were no steak knives. Dinnerware was adequate but mismatched. Aside from a few rolls of toilet paper, the unit was not outfitted for guests. No salt/pepper, no cleaning supplies or garbage bags, no paper towels, and no hangers in the closet. We had to call the management company to install an air filter in the AC/furnace unit, reconnect the cable television, and reinstall the smoke alarms that had been removed. Honestly, staying in this unit was like staying in a shabby motel. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. I covered it with beach towels.
On the positive side, the pool area was gorgeous and we learned that most of the resort renters were return guests. Laundry was easy with the compact washer and dryer. We had a lovely view of Boca Ciega Bay, and we were close to good restaurants and shopping. We are planning to return next year -- but NOT to this unit. Perhaps our review will convince the property owner to thoroughly clean (or replace) the flooring and the old, uncomfortable furniture.
