Enjoy being a 5-minute drive (2.5 miles) from Indian Rocks Beach and the award-winning powder white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas County.

This wonderful home has four-bedrooms with two full baths and over 1900 sqft of living. Enjoy the large living room for family conversation and the open area of the dining room and gourmet kitchen with white quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, soda fridge, coffee bar and dishwasher to make your stay enjoyable. Whip up your specialty if you enjoy cooking or just order out or eat out with the many restaurants surrounding the area.

Your comfort extends into each of the four bedrooms, complete with high-quality linens, private TVs, large closets and ceiling fans. The three queen beds are adjustable for your comfort.

There are beaches for whatever mood you are in to. Want a quieter laid back day than nearby Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores Beach is the place for you. How about a more adventurous day with all the amenities and adventure a beach can offer? Clearwater Beach has what you want and is only a 25-minute drive from the home. If you are looking for a mix of laid back and fun than take a 30-minute drive to St. Pete Beach.

In between all these wonderful beaches is John's Pass where you can shop, eat at waterfront restaurants, watch dolphins swim by, or take a variety of cruises depending on what you are in the mood for.

There is an abundance of local entertainment and shopping to be found nearby in both Largo and Seminole. All within minutes of the home.

Exactly as advertised

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. If you can’t get a beachfront rental, this is a nice option a short distance from several beaches. Owner is out of state but responsive to messages.

Lovely home and nicely decorated; Very clean; split with 2 br on one side of house and 2 on other; nice size kitchen and garage; nice neighborhood; the only thing we did not plan for was no washcloths in bathrooms nor dish towels in kitchen.

**A Perfect Getaway – Can’t Wait to Return!**

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The house itself is stunning, with a spacious open floor plan that’s perfect for family time. It’s equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better! We loved being just a 5-7 minute drive from Indian Rocks Beach, a great family-friendly beach where we enjoyed daily morning walks and breathtaking sunsets. Within half a block, there’s a beautiful walking trail, which was ideal for a leisurely stroll or some quiet reflection. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Crabby Bill’s on Indian Rocks Beach. Their grouper sandwich was delicious, and the live music added to the vibrant atmosphere. Afterward, we’d return to the property and unwind on the patio, enjoying meals outdoors in the peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail really made a difference. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed, and the relaxing vibe of the house and neighborhood truly rejuvenated us. We loved this property and location so much that we’re already planning our return trip. It’s an awesome family-friendly neighborhood and an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Some things need to be fixed. Cold and hot water are switched in 2nd bathroom and no hot water in kitchen, All the tv s are different -- hard to figure out. Our king size bed room was nice. Others bed not so comfy. Owner is trying to get these things fixed. One of our guests was furious w/me since the house was not located right by a beach. My communication problem, I guess. The house was very clean, nice washer and dryer. My main concern was trying to get the address of the house before the day we arrived. And also == this is not a VRBO web site in is under The Atheli -- very deceiving. I couldn;t make a final payment w/VRBO. Confusing.
