    Please note: POOL IS OPEN!!! Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior painting restoration project. Balcony access may be temporarily limited while work is being performed on specific units, although most balconies remain available. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Beautiful beach view from the large balcony. Living area was very large but living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is very nice! Mattress in main bedroom was comfortable. Ongoing work on the building resulted in pool closure until 4pm and jack-hammering beginning at 8am. Hopefully this work will be completed soon!!
