Walk to Downtown Dunedin for restaurants, shops, breweries, and entertainment. Grab one of our bikes or just explore the 55-mile Pinellas Trail, stretching from Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and all the way to St. Petersburg, with plenty of restaurants, breweries and local shops.
After a day of exploring, enjoy outdoor dining with a gas grill or a fire pit and sun loungers to unwind after a beach day. Then head inside and curl up by the cozy fireplace with your favorite bottle of wine.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the grill, please clean the grates with the flat metal scraper left on the grill-not the cooking spatula. The scraper has serrated edges along its sides.
Turn all grill burner knobs to OFF, then turn the valve on the propane tank clockwise, to the RIGHT, until it's snugly closed. Please make sure the gas is shut OFF, and don't force the valve.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
