Historic 1920s Bungalow fully renovated with modern day conveniences and a historic charm. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located in an up and coming neighborhood just 15 blocks south of Central Avenue St Pete.

The moment you walk into this house you can feel the 1920s charm. This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath house can easily sleep 8 with 2 queen size beds and a living room sofa bed that can sleep 2 and a twin size day bed with trundle that can also sleep 2. The house has 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. All the TVs are equipped with Alexa firestick and have access to Netflix and Sling TV. High Speed wifi internet is available through out the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ice make, microwave and everything you would need to cook. The house has central AC and heating along with an energy efficient electric water heater (never run out of hot water ?)

Guest will have access to the entire property.

Toilet clogged in front bathroom. Had to use plunger each time, back door lock button illegible especially at night, back patio patio table broken and chairs rusted, bedroom closest to kitchen door does not stay latched- had to put suitcase against it to stay shut, no paper towels, napkins in kitchen, gate to back yard falling apart. Otherwise, clean,Comfy, and in good location.

Nice home. Too close to neighbors.

If an old feel is your thing, you will adore this home. It was booked for me, so I didn't get to select it. The old feel was kinda cool just not my taste. Was easy to get to surrounding beaches. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy. The driveway needs to be repaired. The internet was spotty the entire stay. I could literally hear the neighbors warning up food in their microwave. Shower was nice and powerful! And there is no dish washer!! It was pretty good overall! Just not my taste.

Just make sure your car is locked.

The house was nice and the host made sure it was stocked properly and there is everything you need there. However our car was riffled through overnight and we had some items stolen. I reached out to the host and he didn’t seem like he cared. The best thing about this property was that it is pretty close to downtown and there’s plenty of things around.
