Security Camera Disclaimer: There are 3 operational Ring security cameras located on the outside of the home which record both visually and audibly. One camera is a doorbell in the front of the house facing the driveway with a sliced view of the front door. The other 2 are flood lights in the back facing the pool and patio. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any personal areas. The purpose of these cameras is to monitor the property's access and security while vacant. We take your privacy and safety very seriously. No cameras are monitored while guests are present unless there is an emergency.

Noise decibel monitor disclaimer: Please note that we have a noise decibel monitor installed on the premises to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests. This device is designed to measure the volume levels within the property and does not record any audio or conversations. The purpose of the noise decibel monitor is to help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone in the vicinity, including our neighbors. Excessive noise may trigger alerts from the monitor, prompting us to address the situation to maintain a harmonious atmosphere. While we encourage our guests to have a wonderful time during their stay, we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours (10pm - 8am) and be mindful of noise levels, especially during late evenings and early mornings.
