Heated POOL- 2 Houses to BEACH- Coastal MAIN House

Enjoy your next vacation in our tastefully updated coastal beach home! Interior of main home features 4 well appointed bedrooms, 2 with ensuite baths (King BR and Queen BR). Open and spacious kitchen, dining, and family room. Large TV. Private outdoor patio space with table, chairs, and umbrella. Shared outdoor space with Heated Pool (83 degrees), tons of chairs, and grill. Shared beach cart/wagon, beach chairs, and some toys are provided. Quiet and quant beach access just three houses down!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Main Home, along with the Side Patio, and the Shared Pool area (from 8am-10pm). Main Home Guests have two parking spaces in front driveway and one on the side.

Amazing

Great place to stay. Clean, great location, newly remodeled, very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. We will stay there again when we visit Clearwater.

Labor Day weekend

We had a wonderful trip over Labor Day weekend and got to enjoy the beach daily and watch the sunsets! The house is very well taken care of and very thoughtfully appointed. Ryan is an awesome property manager!

Perfect location!!!

Loved this home and location! Talk about feeling like you have a private beach. It was so nice there. It wasn’t crowded at all like it was further South by large condominiums and Pier 60 and yet it was a quick drive to wherever you wanted to eat and shop. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby also. We will be back. Just don’t take it when we want it! Ha.

Perfect Beach House!

This property is beautifully appointed, comfortable and in a great location! The beach is an easy walk - about 1.5 blocks on a side street. The property has all you need for lazy beach days - chairs, wagon, towels! The pool was a great bonus - the kids especially loved early morning and late afternoon post-beach dips. Everything we needed was right there. When we asked for extra blankets, the host responded immediately and we had them very quickly the same day. We stay at a lot of rental properties in the US and Europe - this one was definitely a favorite. Do not hesitate to book.

Beautiful property

This rental was everything we anticipated and much more! Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious for our family of 5. The pool was very clean. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and our access to the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. The house was within a couple of miles/very easy drive- to town. Rent this place! You wont be disappointed!
