Charming Florida home in 55 plus community (not really suitable for small children)... Quaint towns of Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks - nearby..... Sunset, Caladesi Island, Honeymoon Island ... less than 5 miles away... Clearwater beach - 30 minutes ... World famous public Golf Courses -Lansbrook, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Crescent Oaks just to mention a few - within 20 minutes driving ..... St. Pete and Tampa Airports - 30 minutes ....
The space
This is a great place for adults to rest and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, golf, great restaurants, beaches and quaint towns.....Bedrooms and baths are located on opposite sides of house. Very user friendly !!

The house is yours to enjoy. The garage is for host storage .... Parking in drive and also in front of house.
Other things to note
The King bed in the guest room can be converted into two twins. Please let us know prior to your arrival so we can make the conversion before you arrive !
