Hamilton House 205 is a Silver 2-bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front Condo

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 205 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front Corner vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes an over sized private L shaped Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 205 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 205 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Another great holiday stay!

We enjoyed our stay for what's becoming our annual New Year's week at the beach. The condo has such a pretty view of the beach. A little bummed that so many local restaurants were still closed from the hurricane.

Relaxation with Amazing View

The property is small but the unit is huge compared to others I’ve stayed at. The view is breathtaking. The furnishings were super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Even had storage containers. I liked that there were a couple beach chairs and umbrellas to use as well as beach towels. Nice pool though most people used the beach. Great location. Beach is right out the door. I would go back again for sure!

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week with our children, our grandchildren and our best friends and their families. We stayed in 205 which seemed to be snack central for the grandchildren to visit. We had a large balcony to fit all. There are a lot of great things about Hamilton House: nice rooms, comfy den/living rooms, beds and bathrooms, convenience to restaurants and Island Attitudes for souvenirs. The pool is great for kids and the elevator makes it convenient for us handicap people. The ladies that work at JC resorts are the best.

The pool was very clean. We like the convenience of restaurants, ice cream shop and souvenirs. It is an older building, but it is kept up. The ladies in the office are the best. Ms. Lucy or Ms Barbara are extremely helpful!

Bathroom in Master Suite is spacious and well refurbished. Second bathroom adequate but hot water not available and pressure poor for few days until reported and dealt with. Hot water in shower takes at least 2 minutes. Pool furniture outdated and reduced number of beds noticed on last 3 visits. Excellent location for restaurants within walking distance.

Great place, nice area, communication not great

We truly love the property. It’s pretty plain, and the appliances are old, but you can’t beat the location. The faults I have are lack of communication, and the fact that you have to drive 5miles to a different location to check in and check out. It would make way more sense to email the passcodes to access the condo, the morning of check in like most other VRBO properties. And last, I was less than amused that someone ( perhaps maintenance) was allowed into the condo without communicating this with us ahead of time.

Reviewer Comments: The condo has an ant infestation in the kitchen, which is apparently common as Raid can were provided. The condo also had door handles falling off of doors, outlet covers and light switch covers falling off, which is not safe for families with small children. The internet and cable wires are haphazardly in the 2nd bedroom, which is not safe for families with small children. Any bump to the wires knocked out the internet and cable. Will not be staying in this condo again.

Great experience!

This place is now a favorite! The location is walking distance to nice restaurants - Guppy's was great and just a couple of blocks down the street. The condo was well furnished with everything you need - even beach towels. The balcony is large - pictures didn't do it justice! We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and beach - great views. Beds and furniture were very comfortable - big plus. Kitchen was well stocked, too. Overall an A stay. We'll be staying here again!

We were able to check in early no issues, the whole staff at JC Resorts were wonderful. Fully equipped condo, lots of linens and beach items, the master bath has been remodeled and its beautiful with a capital B, the kitchen is limited and the sink is super small. The pool is a great size and never over crowded, well maintained. The property grounds are clean and well kept, overall it truly is the perfect beach condo!
