GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We have BBQ grills you can use along with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!

The space
Unit 5 is on the ground floor and features hardwood floors, queen size bed w high thread count linens, reading area/desk, and a kitchen that is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Bath features tub/shower. Perfect for one person, or a couple. It has approximately 350 SF and all of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet.

The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Very nice

The motel room was very small but it worked. Pool is the biggest plus also beach is a 2 block walk. Area is busy with a lot of places to eat . Jim was polite and there quite a bit . Entire process went smoothly.

We would absolutely stay at Gulfside Resort again and hope to stay again in the future! This property was a perfect! The property was pristine, our room had anything and everything we needed for our week stay, the location was quiet, the guests were friendly and welcoming, and the owners Kathy and Jim were remarkable! We have nothing but rave reviews for the property and its owners! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in St. Pete Beach!

Amazing Resort

Jim and Kathy are the most welcoming hosts and have a beautiful place very close to the beach. Everything we needed including beach chairs and coolers were right at our fingertips! All of the units surround the pool so it’s like having one right in your backyard. Great location, very clean, cute accommodations but most of all great people-hosts and guests alike! Private Oasis

Gulfside is exactly as it looks in the pictures, if not better. The pool was oversized for such a small complex and was completely private from all neighboring houses and passing cars. The walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes and we brought the provided beach towels as well as the beach chairs and coolers that guests can use. As a hotel manager myself, I was impressed with how clean and fresh smelling the room was and I’m a tough critic. For an older property, it was very well maintained and again, very clean. Jim, the property manager, was extremely friendly and helpful by offering suggestions for just about everything we needed for our weeklong getaway. I highly recommend Gulfside and the only thing I would change on a future visit is to reserve a larger unit for a little more space to stretch out.
