Gulf Winds #1106
A 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on the third floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. (3rd floor walk up, no elevator.) This condo has an updated bathroom with a large walk in shower, it has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a leather futon in living room. Can sleep 6 people. Televisions in both the master bedroom and living room, with Wi -Fi and 1 parking permit is included. Views from the living room and master bedroom of the gulf of mexico and the pool.
It's best feature: The private sundeck for guests of this unit only!! Enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathing or viewing sunsets from your own private rooftop deck. All linens are provided as well as kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, silverware. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the property.

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

We can also share some local contacts that rent a full set up including chairs/umbrellas/coolers & beach towels for $75 for 1 week. They partner with you and provide delivery directly to your condo.
Please note: some guests leave items behind in closets. And anything in the condo is fair game to use! However, it’s not a guarantee, as its too hard for us to keep up with. (unfortunately people damage things. )

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

This was our 4th stay in this unit and first time since Milton. The location can’t be beat with gulf and pool views. Glad to see many places open but sad to see some still have lots of work left. Roger and his team are excellent.

Condo was located right across from Upham beach conveniently near numerous shops, restaurants, etc. Condo was clean and perfect for our trip. Pool area was very nice as well. Would recommend

Nice property in very convenient beachfront location.

Fantastic view and perfect for a short Christmas break!

We brought our teenage son down with his two best friends. The home was a perfect amount of space and cozy. Great view of the ocean in the morning and an even more incredible sunset.

Location is Incredible

The location of this property is second to none! Steps from the beach, pool and very nice snack bar. Unit is functionally furnished, nothing fancy, but functional. Third floor with no elevator (as advertised) and very clean. Two star accommodations in a five star location and priced accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

All the goodness of St Pete Beach at your doorstep.

This listing is even better than the pictures. The beds were comfy, condo was clean and spacious, and the heat worked well in the sudden January cool. The heated pool was just right. We walked miles on the beach and collected shells by the pail full. We walked to several stores and eateries. Book this place. You will love it!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again. The kitchen is fully stocked and we appreciated having some beach chairs and noodles available. Great location and low key vibe in the pool area. Just steps from the best beach ever!

We always enjoy staying in room 1106. Very nice amenities and the patio is very handy. We always called it "The Penthouse". Rental management is easy to work with and communicate well. We look forward to future stays!

The condo was as advertised, across the street from the beach, great private sundeck, well-maintained property including pool; clean, very comfortable decor (beach like colors, pictures, wall hangings. Property manager was very timely and responsive for my 3-4 calls during our stay. Would stay there again!

Relaxing get away

Roger was very easy to get ahold of, the place was perfect for a short girls weekend. The location is perfect distance from the beach but a quiet and peaceful area. The pool was very clean and also quiet, the grounds were well maintained. All the neighbors were respectful and quiet as well. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area

Ok Stay but not great

There was a downstairs unit having construction done and stairway inside smelled musty! The building itself is a little run down but inside the condo was clean, however there were no paper towels at all left and only a single roll of toilet paper. There were 5 of us and there was no extra bedding or spare blanket for my daughter to sleep on the futon so we had to pull the top sheets from the other beds up for her to sleep with. The pool was very clean and heated so perfect temperature. The location to the beach was perfect but the neighborhood seemed run down

Perfect location

Unit is perfectly located within minutes of Upham beach. The rooftop patio has a beautiful view of the beach and was a lovely was to enjoy outside even when our young children were resting or sleeping. Condo was listed accurately. Some small upkeep required, but overall Gulf Winds has old school charm and we don’t mind a unit that is showing its wear a little. Check in and out was seamless as was arranging parking. Host did a great job with all instructions. Would stay again!

Wonderful!

The location is wonderful! The condo is clean, and perfect for 4 people. This is our second time staying at this condo and we will definitely be back next year ♥️ Roger is super helpful, responds to any questions super fast. Everything we needed was already in the condo, and we can literally just walk across the street to the ocean! The pool is clean and so relaxing! They take very good care of this place and it shows. Thank you so much for another wonderful year in St. Pete!

Great location!

We stayed in this great unit for four days and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Everything as in the pictures! Clean and comfortably, and well appointed. Right across the street from the beach. It was a little chilly, had a cold spell and Saint Pete, while we were there, so a lot less breezy and cold, to sit at the pool! we had a bonus of our own deck and the views from there and the sunsets were great!

An ok place to stay

This properties location is ideal for beach lovers. It’s directly located across the beach and this location is in walking distance of many places to eat/stores. First impressions, my boyfriend and I walked into dry wall dust being scattered throughout the first floor. The first floor is under renovation right now and the door to the property being renovated was wide open and there was dry wall dust everywhere. We not only had to walk through the dust but ended up tracking it upstairs to our property we rented. The beds aren’t particularly comfortable, and it looks as if everything was put together cheaply and in a hurry. Overall, it was just an ok place to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately St. Pete’s is still trying to rebuild after hurricane Milton and some of the literature left for us on where to go while visiting is out of date post hurricane. A lot of the businesses are either starting to rebuild, are gone, or closed

Perfect Rental

Nice, clean, sufficient cottage for girls trip! Directly across from beach access. Check in was smooth. Pool was warm and clean! Made a quick trip to local grocery store for breakfast items and snacks. Kitchen well stocked for for our needs. Beds comfortable and unit very quiet at night. Bathroom was updated and shower was was nice with adequate pressure and hot water!! Would recommend to anyone planning a stay at St.Pete !!
