We would really like to go back. Only this time, stay longer. Really enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Strand. The location of the building is so convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. No need to rent a car. And of course easy access to the beautiful beach. The Freebee shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go along the beach. And the Sunrunner bus was free to go to Tropicana Field to watch the Tampa Bay Rays play baseball.

Very pleased

We’ve stayed in SPB numerous times and know the area. Extremely convenient location. Unit was exactly as described and in pictures. Elevator and cart to throw our luggage on made checking in and out a breeze. Unit had some updates and was clean. Honestly enjoyed the view from the balcony as you could people watch into the public parking lot next door as well as Gulf Blvd, or look the other way and see the gorgeous beach. Unit had everything we needed and staff were great, best of all the price was fair! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again…

Comfy condo Great location!

Perfect keyless entry process. Kitchen had everything! Great ice maker and washer/dryer. Comfy sofa and bedroom. Nice pillow choices. Main bath not as nice as rest of condo. Weak water pressure. Nice balcony but loud music and bright lights from gas station across street were annoying when sitting on balcony. Very nice pool and grill! In general all as expected and I’d love to stay here again. Location is excellent. Thank you.

Great Labor Day!

Great unit #307 was very clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen items. Really met all of our needs. Really a home away from home for us. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with whatever your needs may be. Only down side was Mother Nature gave us a little rain, but there are so many things to do close by you really can't have a bad stay.

This is our "go to" location because our experience is consistently the best. Wonderful location, helpful, friendly staff, clean and neat amenities. We have similar experiences at Gulf Gate which is also managed by TRS.

Great location, everything we needed

The condo is bright and inviting. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. We loved that it is right on the beach. Everything we needed was available in the condo including beach chairs and washer/dryer. Loved that St. Pete Beach offers a free shuttle around town called Freebee. We used this a few times for the further distances around town that we didnt want to drive.

Nice place

Over all very clean property and it looked just like the listing.The property management team was nice during check in. However, lots of noise from Pinellas Parkway if you’re sitting out on your balcony. Also, there is a big mound from the hotel to the beach so there’s no way to see the ocean from the property ( pool sitting area etc).

Well good check in experience with front desk. Took daughter to beach and she got really ill, had to go home. Looked up red tide and conditions or warnings for that day were not supposed disclosed.

Excellent location on St. Pete Beach!

Perfect space for a family of four, everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. Two bathrooms a definite plus! Pull-out bed was large enough for two teenage boys and quite comfortable. Washer/dryer and well-stocked kitchen helped it to feel like a true home away from home. Super-convenient location, right on beach and walking distance to everything, we didn't drive at all while there.
