Overall great experience. This is our 4th time staying at Gulf Gate in three years. It is always peaceful and relaxing. Gary is wonderful to work with from the beginning reservation to checking in, questions, and checking out. The units are always clean. Since we were there for Thanksgiving week, we really appreciated there being a list at check-in of restaurants in the area that would be open on Thanksgiving Day. That was extremely helpful and we wanted to give them business.

Location good, unit not so much

This is a great location, walkable to beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. The unit needs a major deep cleaning, replace the very old and dusty wicker furniture, new painting and new carpeting. The carpet was so stained we wouldn’t walk barefoot on it. The a/c vents haven’t been cleaned/dusted in a really long time and were gross!

Not perfect

This condo is in a great location. Close to bars, restaurants and right on the beach. The inside of the condo is "tired". Updates of carpets, trim and the worn furniture would really help.
