Please note: While the condo unit itself is in good condition and fully functional, some exterior repairs and common area restorations are still ongoing due to last year’s hurricane. You may notice occasional maintenance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes recovery efforts.

3 bedroom, 2 bath newer Condominium, direct Gulf-front views with only 9 units in the main building. There are a total of 17 units on the Sunset Paradise property. Elevator in the building. There is everything here for your vacation holiday. Our semi-private beach is steps away for relaxation in the sun, collecting shells, building sand castles, snorkeling, or to just float the day away in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our pool and hot tub are well-maintained. Also, located at the pool area is a full-size BBQ grill with BBQ utensils and (2) tables for dining for 6 guests. Perfect for dinner at the pool.

(3) Full size bedrooms (King, Queen and 2 twin beds) include closets for storage, dressers, fans, TVs with remote (in all 3 bedrooms) and night stands with lamps. Master bedroom has private master bath - granite counter tops and tub/shower combo. Guest bathroom is full size with granite counter tops and tub/shower combination. Housekeeping is paramount to us, so you will find all the bedrooms clean and well-kept.

Beautiful full-size kitchen Complete Remodeled with view of the Gulf works perfectly for all your cooking needs. Brand New granite counter tops, and well-stocked with most everything; Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, Air Fryer and full size BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. The dining room overlooks the Gulf as well as the living room, so you won't have to waste a minute away from the amazing view. We have enhanced cleaning procedures using Micro Ban antimicrobial and 70% Isopropyl and are proud to uphold cleaning protocols reflecting CDC recommendations. All linens are removed after each stay to be professionally laundered(Sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) are brought in.

This was a beautiful condo. Very well maintained. Sunsets from the porch are gorgeous. Host is wonderful to work with. Condo is close to restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay with kids who love the beach

Easy beach access was amazing, kids loved playing on the beach, at the pool, and watching the sunset. The place itself is clean and a great setup for families to enjoy both the inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Excellent location

We love this area, the property is on the water, heated pool, and walking distance to restaurants. Sunsets each night is beautiful! The apt was clean and nice interior decor. Host communicated very well. Would stay again!

We always enjoy our time in Indian Rocks Beach. The location of Sunset Paradise is really nice for the restaurants and places we like to visit. Luz (property owner) was very responsive to issues/concerns we had about the condo.

Great place.

Great condo, very clean, recently remodeled. Great location. Host is very attentive, coffee maker broke and we had a new one by Amazon in 2 hours. And probably one of the biggest pools and decks we’ve seen in a med sized condo. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Pros of this condo: Location and Gulf Front! Sunsets are amazing and the view of it he Gulf at all times is wonderful! Owner is very responsive and answers almost immediately. The unit was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Location was in walking distance to several restaurants. Two covered parking spaces was also very nice.Cons: The furniture in the living room is not comfortable. The two side chairs need to be replaced. Wasn’t a huge deal for us and there were some folding “bag” chairs that we used instead. We also pulled those out to the balcony as seating there was not comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay among locals

Area is quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. Views are beautiful from balcony. Met a few locals at the pool and had great conversations. Unit clean with recent upgrades.

Amazing slice of paradise

Sunset Paradise lives up to its name with this unit as you have an absolutely amazing unrestricted view of the Gulf coast from the unit. Everything was clean and modern and the amenities were perfect. We will come back!

Family fun in the sun!

We stayed 2 weeks with our daughters enjoying the sun and sand. Condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Over all we would recommend this condo for a stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Christmas Vacation

The house was very nice, everything that we needed was provided. The beach view was amazing as well! The week we went the weather was colder than usual but we still enjoyed walking the beach! We are thankful for the hot tub! We used it daily!

Very chill

We stayed here the last week of May just after school let out in North Georgia. We were extremely happy with the location with several options to eat in walking distance. Just a few miles away were some of our favorite places from previous trips. The pool and beach were very laid back with sunsets to die for. We even made some friends at the pool. If you are looking for a chill place to land and relax this is it.

Clean with a Beautiful View

Very clean condo with plenty of room. Good supply of kitchen pans, skillets & utensils. Pool was well taken care of too. Loved the view of sunsets. Saw dolphins many times & a manatee.

Very relaxing

The property was very nice. Nice and clean. Plenty of room. The view of the beach was very relaxing! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was good to have a gas grill by the pool also. The owner Luz Libreros took great care of us! We would go back again!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

The condo had everything you could ever want. They were short 3 beach chairs. I texted the owner and 2 hours later at 10 pm new chairs were delivered to our door. Can't get better than that. Pool was heated and hot tub was perfect. The view was amazing and so relaxing. Would love to return.

Sunset Paradise-Indian Rocks

We had a wonderful week. The condo was perfect for us. Having a 9 month old was much easier since we flew and didn’t have to bring a playpen or high chair. The beach equipment and access to the beach were wonderful. Luz always responded quickly and Alex was very quick to make sure we had what we needed promptly when requested. Looking forward to our next visit.

Hurricane Helene

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. Owner very responsive to calls and texts. We had a confusing time checking in as it appears instructions were not updated but a call to the owner resolved that. We checked in on a Monday and had a mandatory evacuation Wednesday morning. Very disappointed that there was no compensation for our missed two days from the owner or VRBO.

Family vacation

The unit was nice and clean, beach items in closet were nice to have available. Besides issue of slow flushing toilets, which the immediately had a plumber come out, very thankful! The kitchen was not used much, as we ate out every night. If I were to cook more I think I would have liked more things in the kitchen. Overall the beach access and pool were nice, the hot tub was relaxing for other family members.

Amazing stay at Luz's property

This property is amazing. It is clean and very spacious. It faces the beach, and provides access to a pool and hot tub. It is on the second storey with access to a lift The kicthen has recently been installed. It also quiet, but close enough to the restaurants on Gulf Boulevard. The views of the sunset are amazing. Luz is a fantastic host. She communicated with me the day before I arrived and also during my stay. I could not find fault with the property and host. I recommend this property and I would definitely come here again!
