Gulf Front Sunsets From the Balcony of This 3 BD/2 BA condo!

We just finished a full remodel in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front condo with an oversize balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The balcony entrances are from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy the view of dolphins and the sparkling Gulf with a variety of seating options on the large balcony. Relax to the soothing sounds of the surf and watch the sunset or take a stroll along the stunning white sand beaches. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee bar with both a Mr Coffee and Keurig coffee machine. Our beach closet has toys, chairs and towels for you to enjoy a day at the beach with your family. The heated pool and spa are beach front with tropical tiki huts if you need a little shade. A gas grill is also available for your use in the pool area. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved covered parking space. There is Visitor parking available on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed.

Paula was so easy to communicate with. Her unit was beautiful. Obviously recently remodeled. Location was great. On the beach, gorgeous view, walkable to local restaurants.

This was our first family vacation with our 4 month old son. It was great! Paula was awesome. She communicated well and was extremely easy to work with. The place itself is even nicer in person. Right on the beach. The pool was great. Location was perfect. Walkable to plenty or very short drive to even more. Overall, we have zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

We found the condo to be perfectly clean and better equipped than I have ever seen. From all of the big and small kitchen equipment, hair dryers for the bathroom, fans for the bedrooms, to the closet full of beach supplies which even included a beach canopy, everything you could think of and more was there. Beyond the condo itself the whole facility was excellently maintained and scrubbed clean by the on-site full-time maintenance person.

Family Vacation

Perfect place for a family of 5. The beach is amazing; soft sand, lots of shells for the kids, the water is not too deep. The pool and pool area are very nice and well kept. I agree with previous comments that the condo is well supplied with beach essentials. The condo itself is good sized, nice beds, lots of tv's, great deck. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family vacation

Our condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The sunsets were amazing and we were able to see the dolphins jumping every day. We will be back again.

Fantastic Family getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This was the nicest beach by far, not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach closet full of everything we needed was fantastic. Beds were comfortable! Everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful place.

Condo was very clean, lots of room and very well stocked with all the items needed for a wonderful vacation! It also had all the beach necessities too!! Stores close by also. I would highly recommend the seaview!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for the beach, which was great since flying in and not able to travel with a lot. Very neat and clean! Would love to stay here again on our next trip!

Girls trip for Birthday Celebration

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the gulf. The Host was great with details of check in and all communication. It was quiet, clean and location was great. We could easily walk to restaurants and enjoyed many walks on the beach. John’s Pass is walkable also.

This property is great! Clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Paula has thought of everything, from beach towels to sand toys to extra toilet paper to family games and even baby toys!The building is well maintained. The pool area is beautifully updated. The pool is nicely heated. The view is amazing! You will not be disappointed!!

Very nice, well maintained, and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and beach right there!! Gorgeous views from the huge balcony.. private parking!! Restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Great stay

Beautiful well equipped unit perfect for a large family. We are a family of 6 and this unit had plenty of room for all. It also truly had everything we needed from plenty of towels to beach chairs and toys. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Paula was bery responsove and solved any issue immediately as well as offering help fr anticipated issues with the construction. Could not ask for better a better host.

Excellent condo on the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up well, very clean, no issues. The kitchen is relatively well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that we were just above the pool and it was supposed to be quiet after 10 pm. There were several nights when people were hanging out at the pool, after 10 pm and it was not quiet. But since it was Christmas, we decided to just let it go. All in all, we would rent again.

Perfect view of the beach, sunset and Dolphins!

We had a lovely stay. Very busy round the pool during the first week but it was school holidays. Much quieter in the second week. Apartment had everything we needed, including a well stocked ‘beach closet’ with chairs, umbrellas, floats etc. The host answered our questions promptly and facilitated a slightly later checkout for us. Lots of restaurants, bars and breakfast places locally. Try ‘Columbia’ Cuban restaurant at Clearwater. Great meal and staff. Saw dolphins in the sea from our balcony most days. And some stunning sunsets. Would recommend.

Wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sea view 102! Paula was a great host and maintained excellent communication throughout. The property was clean and well maintained. The "beach closet" was packed full of towels, chairs, sand toys and floats which our children enjoyed. Parents also note that the closet in the master bedroom is large enough to fit a full size crib (which we rented) for our 2 year old. The balcony was our favorite part. Watching the dolphins play while drinking coffee in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed this place and can definitely see ourselves returning in the future.

Great Views & Beach Access

We loved our stay at Seaview. Paula was very kind, responsive and accommodating. The view and access to the beach were both great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need. The only complaint were a few neighbors not adhering to the noise rules at the pool and after 10:00. There are lots of restaurants to visit, The Reef was right across the street and had yummy food. Winn Dixie is right up the street and you can arrange delivery. The beach wasn't too crowded, but did have lots of people. There was even a bongo group and a fire twirler one night (maybe a random thing). I definitely recommend!
