Excellent little home

Cute home for an ideal family getaway to the beaches! It had beach chairs, sun umbrellas, sand toys, and beach towels. We enjoyed the pool and backyard grilling and had a cozy stay.

Me and my daughters had a great time! This home was very clean , nice neighborhood, well equipped, we loved the pool and all the beach stuff (chairs , extra towels, and sand toys). Self check in was super easy and great communication with host. Thank you so much for hosting my family, we'd love to come back one day :)

Wonderful

My husband and I vacationed with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. We enjoyed the heated pool and playing family games inside during the evenings. Our host did an excellent job on making sure we were comfortable by providing everything we needed for a home away from home. Communications were excellent. We would recommend to others.

A Backyard Paradise

This vacation rental was just what we were looking for. Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood, close to beach communities and our favourite restaurant (Guppy's in Indian Rock Beach!), private backyard, and tastefully decorated, not too fancy. We had to drag ourselves away from the backyard and its pool to visit the beach or go out to eat! Our host was very responsive and patient with all my queries pre-arrival. Wish we had stayed longer!

AWESOME Pool with great location!

Our family loved staying here and Anna was amazing to work with the entire time! Top notch communication as well which we greatly valued. Our 3 kids loved the pool area and so did my wife and I. It was very private with a nice set up and flow from the dinning room, patio, and pool area. The drive to various beaches was also very easy and close. We spent most of our time at the Idian Shores Beach , but also made it up to Sand Key Beach, and Clearwater too. A Winn-Dixie was just down the road as well from the house which was nice when it came to needing to get things during our stay. I'd highly recommend this place to any family looking for a place in the Clearwater, Idian Shores, or Idian Rock Beach area!

Phillies spring training vacation

This is an absolutely amazing property. I have stayed in a few VRBO properties over the years and this is by far the best. The house was spotless. The location was perfect distance from the beaches, restaurants and night life in and around Clearwater. Last but definitely not least, the heated pool!!! I definitely earned some points with my family because of it. The host was extremely helpful and responded to my questions promptly. We will definitely be back next year. I will also recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway. 5 stars all the way. Great job. Thank you so much.

My group had a great time using this as our home base for spring training. The house was exactly as described with a well equipped kitchen and large pool that was a wonderful relief after hot days. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough to main streets for quick errands. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was perfect. No complaints. Pool was awesome. One thing we notice when we stay at places is they are always short on towels. This place has tons of towels. The host answered questions right away. Would stay here again.
