The STUNNING sunrise/sunset and the location is one of a kind. Located on the shores of Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, FL. This property is so breathtaking in its extremely private setting and scenery, it's been named Butterfly Island. We are excited to present this unique opportunity for the first time available for you to stay at this luxury vacation rental. You'll enjoy over 2, 200 sf of living space with stunning views from every room. Downstairs you have the master bedroom with ensuite, living room, sitting room, kitchen, and additional full bathroom. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, overlooking the landscape and lake. The home is octagon-shaped which also makes it unique. This home sits over 3/4 of an acre and is lushly landscaped, with three docks, a professional, landscaped golf course, jacuzzi, pool, cornhole, two kayaks, 1 single and 1 double seater, and more. No need to escape from the property, so much to do, and you will for sure want to stay longer.

Relaxing paradise

The location is beautiful. Just sitting outside or fishing from the docks or playing golf, so relaxing. Butterfly island truly is a bit of paradise.

Perfect paradise!

Great home for entertaining lots of friends and family. House is in great condition and very well maintained throughout. Roomy bedrooms with comfy bed with high quality linen in all. Plenty of fresh towels in all 4 beautiful bathrooms. Organized dish ware with plenty of what you’ll need for guest. Great outdoor entertainment activities with an amazing view, especially in the morning. I would absolutely rent this place again!! We had a wonderful experience.

Great Golf Birthday Weekend

The property exceeded all of our expectations.The location was perfect and minutes from several great golf courses, grocery stores and restaurants. All the rooms were stocked with 5 star hotel towels and linens. Tina was supportive and responsive to ensure our stay was top touch. We all agreed that we would book this property again. Our birthday golf weekend was excellent! Thanks Tina!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was kid and adult friendly. The house appears newly renovated and is very nice on the inside. There are also plenty of things to do on the property. We visited some national parks north of Tampa and spent some time in Tampa, and this property was centrally located and very easy to travel from. The sunrise is beautiful on the lake and our kids had a blast playing on the putting green and hanging out in the hammock. We enjoyed fishing from the docks. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area as well. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the Tampa area.

Cool property, ok experience

The overall property is very cool and unique! The house layout is fun and it is very private, surrounded by water. We were very dissatisfied with how comfortable the larger beds were. All were stiff, mostly spring, with one bed having broken and slumped springs, and one felt like it had a hard board over it. The bunk beds were very comfortable. We were also disappointed with the floors being very dirty- not even vacuumed or swept- and hair in the showers. Otherwise the property was great. With a few management improvements we would absolutely stay again.

House and view is awesome and host is great. Unfortunately, the blind mosquitos keep us from enjoying the pool or hotub. They don't bite but a big nuisance. I think it's a time of year thing for them but wow!
