Elegant clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, jacuzzi, sauna. 1.5 miles waterside walking path overlooking Tampa Bay within the gated community. 7/24 gated security with security guard, 20 min from Tampa international Airport, 15 min from sandy beaches of Clearwater, close to Dunedin and Safety Harbor. New A/C, appliances. peaceful place to stay.
