Welcome to “Gardenia Beach Hideaway” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Gardenia Beach Hideaway is a serene vacation home featuring a refreshing pool, 3 cozy bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms. Nestled close to the beach, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends.

-Guests will have full house access
-3 bed, 2 bath
- The home will sleep 8 comfortable, but we do allow up to ten there. No more then 8 adults.
-Clearwater Beach 4 minute walk to beach
-keyless entry
-pool heat available for an additional charge

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰:

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Consider buying travel insurance,
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Heated pool is an additional charge of $25 per night
- Dogs are welcome under 30lbs with a $150 pet fee per dog.
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee (only for the balance not for the initial down payment)

The beach, the pool, the quiet neighborhood. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is for you. Newly renovated, open concept, comfortable. The community is on its way back from the hurricane, and this place is a great example. Alan and his partners were nothing short of responsive and amazing. Alan is accessible and extremely easy to work with. They aim to please and they deliver.

Overall great stay at a well-outfitted home. We loved the heated saltwater pool (extra charge though) and quick/straight walk to the beach. Hosts were very communicative on check-in. Space fit us and worked well for us.

Overall great property to stay in. Very clean, in nice neighborhood. Beautiful homes in North Beach area. Only downside is not close enough to walk to shops, bars or restaurants. Pool area could use some updating. Would stay again. Very good communication with owner.

Gardenia hideaway

Our stay could not have better . Alan was a pleasure to work with . The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It's a short walk to the beach and jolley trolley stop. The online pictures of the house did'nt do it justice, the home and pool are larger in person. We look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful relaxing week

Location is awesome. Quiet area and 4 minute walk to beach and 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Pool and hot tub are great but could use a little TLC. Plenty of room throughout the house. Overall a very nice clean house.

Perfect House Perfect Location

This is the perfect house if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing Clearwater vacation. Everything is with in walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and a very short walk away. There is a very useful beach wagon in the garage. When you’re tired of the sand and want to relax after the beach the pool is warm and very clean. The hot tub is great for a late night dip or early morning to warm up when the weather is still a little chilly. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed using the grill outside. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is still work going on around the neighborhood cleaning up after the hurricane. But all the neighbors are so friendly you would never know they have suffered such damage. But this house has been completely remolded and has no signs of damage. This was our favorite place to stay in Clearwater and we can not wait to return. Alan is super easy to work with and always available. I have nothing bad to say about our week here. In fact we hope to rent this veryhouse again real soon.

Beautiful home! Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Nice gas grill that we used to cook freshly caught fish! Hot tub was not hot when we arrived but one quick text fixed that! Nice outdoor space and pool. Great home for a girls trip or family vacation!
