Just cross a few parking spaces and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! You can watch the sunset every evening. St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida, come see why!

Ground floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Please see the pictures, as this condo is a little basic, its simple. It has basic furnishings, and we don't want to mislead anyone. If you want high end, fancy and modern - this one might not be for you. It's a great location at a great price. If you are a no-frills person, then this place will work just fine for your beachside get-a-way.

This well-stocked kitchen has pots, pans and plenty of service items for all of your all kitchen essentials. It even has a dishwasher! Very rare for these condos. Condo sleeps 6 with 2 Bedrooms: 1 has a KING bed the other bedroom has 2 TWIN beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. This condo has 2 doors to enter & exit with: one is off the kitchen and is closer to the beach & pool area, the other is off the living room, closer to the shuffleboard court and garden area.

This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.
There are beach chair/cabana/umbrella rentals on the beach directly in front of the condo or visit the many beach stores within walking distance to the condo.

Condo offers:
Central heat and air.
Coded lock box for easy check ins.
Wi-fi, cable, linens & bath towels are included.
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.
There is a BBQ area (charcoal) on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and beach bars.
Shopping is close by, beach stores or stroll down Corey Ave.
Many guests do not bring a car, however an electronic parking pass is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
Coffee machine & toaster included in unit
Hairdryer & iron included.
Walk to great restaurants, beach bars, shops, or enjoy the sunsets on the beach.

Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 600.
