This 2nd floor resort style condo offers a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and is located in a beautiful gated community in Florida just a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, king sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.

A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style heared pool is also available on the premises.

Clearwater Beach is a popular destination stay for vacationers heading to Florida. Great place to stay. Clean, close by to lots of restaurants. Pool is heated and the gym is the perfect size for getting your workouts done. Our host Nadia answered any questions we had right away. We love this condo and treat it like a home away from home.

St. Pete Retreat Treat

More than ample space for my family and myself. All of the necessary accoutrement one could need or desire for a sun filled day on the beach with the family. Host was responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to a return trip to the state.

Amazing relaxing beach vibe

We really like the unit and so many things made our life easier (beach chairs, umbrella, mat, sand toys, heated pool, the layout and size of the unit, extra bed, coffee, all the details that create a unique vibe..).

Gorgeous resort

This listing has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun and heat of Clearwater. It is tastfully decorated with all the comforts of home too. Shopping for groceries is right across the street theres a great place to eat within a 5 minute walk complete with an outdoor patio. The pool is clean and heated to a perfect temperature.

Great stay in Clearwater

Nadia was very responsive and accomodating during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beach chairs and the extra murphy bed. The heated pool was perfect for the few cloudy days we got. Otherwise, it was very easy to get to the beach from the condo whenever we wanted too. We recommend!

Clearwater stay

We rented for 1 week . Location is about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater beach . It’s quiet and clean . The place has a nice pool inside the complex . Really nice communication with the people from the complex , really trying to please us .The only issue we had was that the unit smelled like mold .They replaced the air filter however nothing changed .

This was our 2nd time staying at Nadia’s condo. Condo is super clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked to provide you with absolutely everything you need to make your stay incredible. Once again another amazing stay! The property was clean and everything you needed was included. Nadia is terrific with communication and she is even checked in on us before and after the hurricane. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

The Avalon

The condo was perfect for our three week stay . Everything was exactly as described in listing . It had everything we needed . Loved that there was beach chairs , towels and umbrellas for the beach . The pool was nicely heated and beautiful . My husband enjoyed the workout room . It was easy communicating with Nadia . Easy. Check in .We would definitely stay again !

Lovely condo in a lovely spot

This was our second time staying in Nadia’s condo. We loved our first time here so we came back a second time. Condo is conveniently located 5-7 min drive from the beautiful Clearwater beaches, Pier 60, etc. Lovely pool very close to the unit. Grocery store within walking distance. Beautiful lanai to relax in the morning / evenings. Thank you for your hospitality, Nadia.

Nice stay at the Avalon

Our condo was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. The host was very attentive and helpful with all needed information. As we have stayed previously at the Avalon, it is appropriate to compare our unit to others we've had. I would put this unit at the top of the list, as it had every convenience and looked very nice. This was our very first stay at The Avalon and it was awesome! The unit was clean with plenty of space, towels, dishes, utensils, etc. I can't think of a thing that we needed, that wasn't already available to us. Nadia was great with communication. We would definitely book this unit again!

Relaxing

Condo is wonderful and the bed to die for! Haven’t slept that well in a long time. Owner is fantastic everything was wonderful. We had a little blip with the cable tv in the bedroom, but Nadia was great at helping us get it fixed. No complaints. Thank you for an amazing stay and hopefully another one next year. :)
