Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

Very cozy, quiet and relaxing.

The property is within walking distance to everything and very clean. The beach is just across the street and if you want a pool they have a nice one.

I liked the location and how close it is to everything including the beach. The location is very pleasant and quiet, the rooms are very nice, well cleaned, and in perfect conditions. The staff members are also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I give this hotel a five star rating and I will surely be back for more. Thank you to everyone at the Monaco Vacation Rentals for making our experience so wonderful.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TRADITION

We had an amazing stay and have started a new tradition. What better way to ring in the new year than at the beach. Room was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the pool amazing. We will definitely stay again with the easy walk to the beach as well as shops and eating. We never got back in our car again. Loved all the walking/strolling around.

Nice and affordable getaway

Property is nice. Beach is a short walk across the street. Most restaurants and shops are about 10-15 min walk. The bathroom most definitely needed upgrades. Bathroom needed better cleaning and new shower curtain. Bed was comfortable. Has washer and dryer on Property no cost to use which was nice! Pool area was nice. Parking on Property was free! We walked everywhere since everywhere in the area is pay to park.

Great stay!!

Perfect for a great getaway! Even surprised us with wine and chocolates when we arrived, nice touch. Very nice, bathroom could be updated, but it was still VERY clean. Easy walking distance to downtown Clearwater or even a cheap Uber ride. The communication with the owner was spectacular, even volunteering dining options. Thanks so much for a great stay!
