Frenchy’s East Shore Beach Cottages invite you to experience luxurious boutique coastal cottage accommodations in a quaint renowned resort town known to us locals as Clearwater Beach!



The Space:

Our East Shore Cottage No. 486 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.





This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!



Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!



This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 4 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 4 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.



The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. In the Living room is a Sleeper sofa. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.



A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.



This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.



Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.



Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Favorite place on Clearwater island

We have stayed in many places on Clearwater over the years but this was by far our favorite. Manager was so helpful and accessible by text. House was clean, beautiful, and perfect for a family. Even the fenced in back patio was amazing and perfect for kids to play without being able to run away. Loved every minute and we will be back!

The location is truly unbeatable, walking distance from a great part of the beach, restaraunts, shops, the marina, everything! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all the rooms were comfortable. They each have their own ac unit so everyone can control their own temp. Apparently the pull out couch was comfy as well. I cannot recommend this cottage enough! If you’re looking for a place for your girls weekend or family vacation this is it! And it’s pink so

Great vacay!

The property was clean, well appointed, comfy, and a great location. We walked mostly everywhere with great access to the beach! Very roomy and accommodating to our visitors who came at various times during our 2 week stay.Our pooch loved it as well and all the walks we took around the area. We really loved our accommodations! Beds were super comfortable. We wanted to add a few areas for improvement considering the price for our 2 week stay: Room air conditioners are very loud but you get used to it. Hot water takes awhile to get to the bathrooms which was interesting. If you have any bad weather or just need a stay home day, the access to premium TV was not available. It would have been nice for guests to be able to access their own accounts would have been a plus. Also, the furniture in the living area was a little sad as with 3 bedrooms you may have more than 3-4 guests to be comfortable. The outside space was outstanding! loved the privacy and gathering area.

Great Time

The location was in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and liquor store. Everything we needed was provided including kitchenware, towels, free washer and dryer on the premises, free parking, beach toys, cooler and beach chairs. The property manager was very responsive day or night and immediately took care of a plumbing issue we had. If you like beach bungalows vs. high rises, this is the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Florida! The home comfortably fit our group of 7, with plenty of parking space for up to 3 cars. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the spacious dining table became our favorite spot for family board games in the evenings.The house has clearly been recently remodeled — the new flooring and fresh interior made it feel modern and welcoming. It’s also in a fantastic location: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by many delicious local restaurants.There were only a couple of small drawbacks: the shower in the master bathroom tends to let water flow out easily, and the sink water pressure was a bit weak. Other than that, everything was perfect.Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation or a trip with friends. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The bathrooms were good, the kitchen/dining area was even better, the backyard was spectacular. However, 2 of 3 mattresses were completely worn out and uncomfortable- really inexcusable. I guess we go back to hotels when traveling

Great location!

We loved the location of this property and didn’t need to drive anywhere since we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The air conditioner in one bedroom was extremely loud and the remote for the a/c in a different bedroom did not work so it was stuck at 77degrees but it worked for us just fine. The communication with the management company was amazing! We will rent from them again for sure.
