If you’re looking for the perfect beach front unit this is the one !!! Sunset views are just amazing. Condo is huge and was very clean at our arrival. The perfect beach stay!

We had an amazing time here. Just steps away from the beach, and within walking distance of some amazing restaurants. We have a family of 7, and there was plenty of room for everyone! Would definitely come back here again!

Great for kids!

Great location and the unit had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. Fun restaurant/ bar across the street with a good breakfast & dinner as well. The main bedroom mattress was harder than we're used to. During our stay the pool was under construction and closed and the parking spot was also gone due to construction, but we were able to get another spot.

10/10, would definitely stay again. I had several questions & the owners got back to me quickly. I was able to have a company deliver a crib & highchair for my baby, prior to us getting into the unit, which was nice. We got there much earlier than check-in and were able to use the bathroom at the pool to change and then use the pool while we waited & we were also able to check-in a bit early as well. We used the trolly to go to John’s Pass (it’s in walking distance if you don’t have 2 small children), it’s about a 5 min trolly ride. Small fee for the trolly, I think it was 2.25 each way or 5 for unlimited rides, kids ride free I believe. Dockside Dave’s and The Reef were both right across the street with fantastic food, we ate at each several times. The Amish creamery up the road had fabulous ice cream. We stayed 10 nights & saw dolphins off the balcony every single day. There’s a very convenient trash chute right across the condo & the elevator is also right there. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc, just look in the closets because we almost missed them. We found a bunch in the closet between the bedroom with the 2 beds and the adjoining bathroom. Also, we Ubered from the airport and ordered groceries from Walmart and had zero issues. We’ve found that we don’t use a car so started using uber and the trolly as we were on the beach and at the pool most of the time.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful stay! It was very clean and that is my number one concern. The location was great, we could walk to some really good restaurants. I saw reviews about the bed being so hard, and yes it was, but we slept so good in it. As a matter of fact, I was going to reach out to them to see what kind of mattress it is. You won’t be dissapointed if you stay here.

The only thing that sucks about this properly is parking, some units get 2 spots others only get 1, if you bring family and have more than 1 car you are going to have to pay to park your car elsewhere for entire stay. I traveled with a medically complex child as well and they dont have handicap parking, so hopefully youll be able to maneuver. Beach was so close and we were able to walk to whatever we needed for the most part. Had a great time!! Thanks for the experience.

This condo was in a great location. The beach was not crowded as compared to some of the other places on the beach. The condo was clean and the master bedroom bed was so comfortable. They had everything you needed. The closet space was amazing! The only negative is that I think the condo needed a paint job on the walls, doors and baseboards. Although, I do understand that people/renters don't take care of things so it's kind of hard to keep up on stuff like that.

Family vacation

We spent every day on the beach. It was so nice to have the beach so close. We could run up to room in a matter of minutes if we needed to. Restaurants with in walking distance.

Great Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Mad Beach, the condo was great, bigger than we expected. My husband and I brought five teenagers with us and we all had our own beds. Beach was so close and convenient. We would definitely recommend this condo and location. The pool was great, we used it too cool off since the ocean temp was very warm.
