Everything was perfect host is very responsive. A very nice location and beautiful views. Same suggestions as last year. Soaps, shampoos etc are not replenished but the sizes you are given are so small especially for 1 weeks stay, maybe up the ounces a notch.

4th of July

Perfect getaway rental with amazing views and access to the beach, as well as being surrounded by amazing food and entertainment. Host was amazing and I highly recommended if ever considering Treasure Island!

Communication was very detailed and quick to respond to our questions. We truly enjoyed our girls weekend and had a beautiful view. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. There was no need to drive anywhere once at the condo. Thank you for a fantastic weekend. We will be back!

Great location!

Very happy with our stay! The communication and check in process was super great. The view from the balcony was priceless and the walk to the beach was so quick. The decor and furniture is a little outdated but everything was pretty clean and that’s all we really care about. They had multiple coolers and chairs available which was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great time at this condo. Extremely clean and the views are incredible for sunset. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and it is a short drive to Johns Pass. Would stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

Great trip with family. My husband and 2 teenagers stayed from Friday - Thursday. The condo was just as described and pictured. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Great location, the pool and beach were wonderful. The neighborhood was good, felt safe . I would recommend to any family. Beautiful views and sunsets!

Property was a little dated, but the gulf view was amazing, it was quiet and had the necessities we needed. Loved that they included laundry pods too. Very walkable area and the heated pool was never busy. We will stay again. Great communication by the property managers too.

We had a great time at South Beach Condo. Overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. Close to restaurants, used chairs and beach umbrella that they had in room, pool was open from 8am-11pm. Room was clean and had everything you would need. Would definitely come back again!
