  • Waterfront 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at Harbourside at Marker 33. Our property boasts sweeping views of the Intracoastal from a private balcony, is located across the street from the beach, and resides in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach!

    Guests can walk right out of the property and access many local restaurants, bars, and shops. Our condo includes 4 daily water park passes - a $120 per day value! Adults can relax poolside with access to full restaurants and bars on site while children can enjoy the full size water park slides, heated 600 ft lazy river, blue lagoon, and more. Fish all you want off the docks right outside! You'll also enjoy gulf water sunsets from two sundecks facing west.

    The interior of 4415 is custom designed with beautiful décor. It's perfect for families or honeymooners alike. The unit has fresh tranquil paint colors and upgraded tile flooring. Everything is new, light, and airy.

We had a wonderful stay! Traveled with our two kids - ages 9 and 6 and it was perfect. We really appreciated the quick walk to the beach and access to the waterpark. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing day at the beach - wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. it was plenty spacious for our family of 4. This place is perfect in the heart of Indian Rocks just a few blocks off the beach with bars and restaurants close. It was truly paradise for both us and our kids - ages 4, 6, 8 to have access to a free water park, be 2 blocks from the beach and a short ride to Clearwater. Condo is great with an awesome view of the intercoastal from the balcony! Very clean, beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with the necessities. Kids loved the water park, parents enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon provided to help haul our stuff back and forth to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owner checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything was good at the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Superbly located and equipped apartment with a large south facing balcony overlooking the beautiful intracoastal waterway and a 5 minute walk to a glorious beach.Excellent communications from Cody who was always accessible with any questions before and during our stay.Wonderful restaurant options within walking distance.We will miss watching for dolphins and birds whilst eating breakfast on the balcony!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality place to stay in IRB.

Great Condo

This condo is one of the best we have ever rented. It was spacious and located on the canal. It was fun sitting on the balcony, watching the boats come in and out. It is also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The beach was also close enough to walk to. We would definitely rent it again.
