Other things to note
POOL
- There is an extra charge for heating the pool ($30/day)
- Attached spa shares the same heater. Recommended will not go over 87 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please note that the pool heater can typically raise the water temperature up to approximately 20°F above the current outdoor air temperature. Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, especially during colder months. The heater is equipped with built-in freeze protection and will automatically shut off when the outside air temperature drops below 50°F to prevent system damage.

PET POLICY
- Pets should not be left alone in the house unless left in the crate
- Max 2 pets allowed

ESSENTIALS
- You can expect a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies.
- Beach towels, a beach blanket, a wagon, and beach chairs are available.

CAMERA
- This property has exterior security cameras located at the front door, side yard, and backyard (not monitoring the pool area); there are no cameras inside the home.
