There are also several places to rent bikes or golf carts. Up to two parking permits are provided for free parking in the parking lot. Overall fantastic experience with the condo ! Only downside was the shared pool with the adjacent clearwater beach hotel .. it was more often than not very crowded .

Awesome Condo!

My husband and our friends stayed here 9 days. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. The condo is very clean and is perfect for 2 couples. The Sunrise view from the outside patio is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The hosts had everything fully stocked in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon that were provided to use. The hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect getaway home

This is our second time staying at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and so it’s their place. They take pride and they will help you with anything you might need. The condo has everything you will need and want, plus the vicinity to the beach, stores and restaurants, the cleanliness and comfort, knowing that my family will enjoy our family trip makes this place our home away from home every time.

A perfect stay

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. Wonderful condo!

The condominium was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. The doors had codes, so there was no need to worry about a key. The owner provided some essential items so we didn't have to spend extra money. They also provided a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler. They were so quick to respond to any inquiry both before and during our stay. We didn't rent a car, but we really didn't need to because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit. We definitely will be using this particular owner again!! I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

Great holiday stay

We spent five nights over Christmas at Dock of the Bay. We enjoyed our stay. The property is ideally situated. It overlooks a dock and the bay, takes five minutes of walking to the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Traffic in Clearwater Beach during the holidays can be egregious. The condo building itself is just off the main road, so it is easy to get in and out and is quiet at night.The condo itself was recently renovated. It is equipped with everything we need. We traveled with the elderly and a small child. We particularly liked the layout of the property, with a set of "suites" (a bedroom and a bathroom) on both sides of the condo. So at night residents in either end do not disturb each other.Kit and Gary are great hosts! The communications were smooth and they replied to our requests and questions promptly. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation

This is our second time staying in one of Kit & Gary's condos. The host think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and to feel like the comforts of home. The unit was absolutely beautiful and clean! Beds were comfortable and luxurious! Close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants. Wagon, chairs, cooler, boogie boards...the list goes on and on! They truly have thought of everything. We are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful Condo and Location

Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to many more beaches and the Town of Dunedin. Everything as promised and great hosts.

Winter Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dock of the Bay. We found it to be just as advertised and seen in the pictures. The amenities were as described and more than adequate for our needs. Just far enough away from the crowds, yet a 5 minute walk to all the activity and sites. We would recommend giving the Dock of the Bay a chance to provide a relaxing getaway for all who seek it.
