Shores of Madeira #505 - Please note that due to our hurricane season, there is no pool or patio at this time at The Shores of Madeira. In addition, there is no direct beach access from the property. Construction is ongoing on the property as repairs are made. Please note that the Association is requiring that a waiver of liability be submitted along with the application and background check forms.

Wrap around balcony for unparalleled Sunset viewing. 30 day minimum rental building assures peace and quiet for your entire stay. Arrival must be 1st of month, minimum 1 calendar month stay required. This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the forms required by the condo association, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. SunHost allows smoking on the private balcony but smoking is not allowed inside this condominium.

A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to Supermarket, restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
