  • Muffy’s Place is centrally located to the best experiences the Tampa Bay area has to offer.

    Muffy’s Place is walking and biking distance to downtown Dunedin and blocks from the Pinellas Trail.

    There are two bikes and two kayaks available for guest use.

    There is an outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit in a spacious backyard.

    Laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent and bleach are also available.

    Kitchen is fairly stocked. There is a small and large coffee maker and a tea kettle with an array of coffee and teas in the cupboard.

Nice little spot for a fam of 4 plus a pet. We had a great time in the area. Food banging, Location banging, spot banging! The trip was a bang!!!! Will save this spot as a fav to come back again!!!

The bunk beds were hard as a rock and the queen bed in the other room was so soft that my elderly parents had difficulty getting in and out. The floors were filthy and there were German roaches in the kitchen. There was very little silverware and mismatched. Our friends came over for dinner and we couldn't all eat at the same time. The house also smelled very musty. I don't mind older and quaint, but I do expect clean. Needless to say, we won't stay here again.

It could use a newer stove for the kitchen. The electric burners would only run very hot and they smoked up the house.

Overall a decent stay for the money. Had a couple hiccups in the booking and check-in process but it was resolved quickly. Needs some updates and a tad bit of detailed cleaning but clean enough and Im picky. Bunk bed needs better mattresses though.
